Our room on the third floor was noisy with voices and traffic clearly audible at night, and noise from the upstairs bedroom disturbed our sleep; the pipes in the bathroom were very noisy (seemed to be when adjacent rooms were using their bathrooms); some of the staff at the reception were not friendly at all; our room was not ready even though we arrived well after check in time.

Beautiful architecture; gorgeous location in a leafy suburb of Brussels; spacious rooms; tastefully decorated; delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, including some local specialties; we had complimentary access to the gym; walking distance from some parks, restaurants and a supermarket; right next to a tram line; the Fox food court is in the same building as the hotel and offers a wide variety of excellent food and drink; spacious parking at a reasonable price right underneath the hotel.

Swimming pool is reserved for above 18. The hotel indicates gym and wellness is for adults. But not swimming pool. It is not family friendly at all. Parking is managed by third party 22 euros a day. Arrival to hotel and departure no easy access to the garage.

The location is 20 to 25 min from city centre. That was ok, I had known that prior to booking. The hotel is suitable for adults not family friendly.

Lifts are quick and responsive. We could go straight from any floor to the ground floor. However, from the ground floor to get access to our room (4th floor), we had to go to the 2nd floor and then get a new lift from the 2nd floor into the room. This was intuitive for us when we encountered this issue. However, this should have been explained on arrival. Spa: the room card should give direct access to the spa without having to ask every time on reception. The staff on the wellness part (spa) reception were the only ones not good at customer care, it looked like they were doing us a favour to let go of in and checking several times if we had access (didn’t feel welcome at reception). However, the staff inside the spa cleaning and around were nice and helpful. Bath robes should be provided to all guests.

Location: view into the park; secure area. When we booked, we have checked the location and were happy with it since we would prefer to be more far from the city center but have a calm, green and wellness areas to rest. Spa: excellent options from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, different saunas, cold sauna, Himalayas salt lamp sauna, red light area, large jacuzzi, salt sauna (amazing!) and most users respectful. Even if busy, you will find space for you to enjoy all the areas as people are respectful that others might want to use. The staff at the spa was helpful and kind. Room: the room was large with a view into the green areas as requested; no noise except in the morning from the cleaners. However, this didn’t affect us as we woke up early. The aesthetic of the rooms and hotel are new and modern. Cleaned room. Additional pillows and a duvet are available in the room if needed. Safe, kettle, coffee and tea available: free. Fridge with drinks and chocolates: cost clear stated at the room. You can control the temperature of your room. Received 1 drink voucher for skipping room cleaning over our 3-night stay: good initiative Breakfast: excellent choices from hot (e.g. waffles, pancakes, eggs); cold (e.g. selection of different cheeses, ham, parma ham, smoked salmon, salad); different type of bread; alternatives to cows milk (excellent); pastries and cakes; hot drinks and natural juices. The staff was great explaining how it works the breakfast, always smiling and helpful Hotel/Areas: are pleasing and you can even see the sunset outside. Staff at the reception were helpful and kind on arrival Restaurants: you have a selection of restaurants including a ground floor area with street food

We didnt had bath robes in our room, despite getting the confirmation through phone that bath robes will be in our room. On top of that, first night was in a room with a view on the restaurant rooftop, wich was not that nice and also not how it looked like the pictures provided. After a talk with the reception, we could switch rooms.

Very nice concept of wellness area, street food area and hotel. We could eat every night in the street food area wich was a very positive surprise. The wellness area was amazing and also not with the necessity to be naked, as it is normal in Germany. Room was good and breakfast was delicious.

Everything. The pool area was amazing, a lot of wellness options (saunas, hammams etc.) and a good breakfast selection. Perfect place for a spa weekend and to relax. Fox, the food market, which offers a variety of food options, is also in the same buiding which is very convenient. Truly recommend this hotel, and i will come back again for another spa weekend.

Strange breakfast arrangements. It is in the same place as an evening bar, and plenty of coffee tables are too low to eat comfortably. Coffee and tea machines are technically outside the breakfast area. Watermelon cubes were very far from fresh. No coffee machine in the room. It's a half an hour drive from Brussels centre.

An impressive building (in and out). A very pleasant room. Excellent toiletries. Gym equipment and gym activities available exceed your imagination. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, five different saunas, cooling and relaxing areas; all really good. Altogether, you get much more for the price than in other hotels. In the same building, there is a large public car park and a spacious, modern food hall with street food from all around the world. Some walking park paths nearby.

It was somewhat annoying that you had to keep your pass with you in the spa, I am personally more a fan of a code combination or a wrist/ankleband.

The included spa was very nice, it was great that everything needed here was included like the towel and soap. Also the rooms were very tidy and clean. The backrooms were also a great addition to the hotel.
