Kathlyn was very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We like very much the garden just outside the rooms. Neighboorhood is an attraction itself. Location is perfect-very close to attractions and train station, would suggest though to still go by taxi if you have luggages because of the cobblestone streets.

The bedding was ‘eco friendly’ natural cotton…. However it was very uncomfortably warm to sleep on and under. The car park was pricy but very convenient and secure so actually worth it for convenience and peace of mind. I have mentioned that the Resturant for evening meal was outstanding, however, the breakfast is in need of a rethink. The little sausages, thin bacon, tomatoes and the baked beans are in no way kept warm with the heavy pots being made hot with tea lights. The egg selection was fantastic but bringing the whole thing together rather than far apart maybe an option.

The whole hotel, inside and out has been beautifully designed. Take a period building and tastefully bring it up to a high specification. The two rooms I saw, the showers were perfect for less abled visitors looking for level access to shower facilities. The decor was stylish and practical. The Resturant was very special and must be tried during your stay. The fridge in the room was just right. Not too big but just right to keep the chocolate in perfect condition to travel home. The gardens were just perfect, and we can’t wait to return to see it all in summer should the occasion come.

The flat rate $37 fee for breakfast I literally had a 1/2 cup of yogurt and 4 pineapple chunks. Most expensive yogurt ever! Lol

"Garden room" was definitely on the small side, cramped even for one person. The price for breakfast, 25€, was about double what I consider a "reasonable charge" for breakfast, so I declined. Would have preferred if the room had been made up at a consistent time every day.

Centrally located, but quiet, and a little removed from the busiest thoroughfares. Tastefully decorated. Partial city views from the upper-story "garden" rooms. Easy walking distance for most sights in Bruges.

The bed could have been queen-sized instead of two single beds joined together. Additionally, the mirror in the bathroom was positioned slightly high; as someone of 162cm height, I could only see a reflection of myself from the chest up.

It is a beautiful establishment and the room which we got was spacious, overlooking the garden. Conveniently located -walking distance from the shops and local grocery.

The hotel room was clean, nice and very spacious. I did not take breakfast but the hotel restaurant looks amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Our room was very noisy. We could constantly hear the people talking in the street, dragging their luggage, slamming doors on the inetrior. Just wish our room was more sound proof.

More drinking water in room each day of stay. We had one bottle on arrival and no top up thereafter.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, my only thing to mention would be that the rooms vary in size and our friends room was quite tight so may be worth checking when booking if that's important.

The hotel was lovely with very helpful staff, we stayed in the garden rooms. As it was the Christmas Market we could walk into the centre in about 10 minutes, a nice scenic route,but away from all the crowds when we went back to the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel as we walked out but the Restaurant looked very nice and was busy every evening. Has a secure car park and a lovely garden if the weather is good to sit out.
