On site dining was expensive, particularly the breakfast. Could use a luggage rack and/or more hooks to hang things.

Super quiet property but close to village, shops and restaurants. Extremely comfortable beds. Enjoyed the toiletries provided in bathroom. Slippers and robes were a nice touch.

Twin beds in the garden room are placed as a king bed but don’t fully connect, so we had to sleep separately and/or kept falling through the gap between them. They did try to connect them for us, which was lovely but they very much are two separate beds which move around a bit.

Again, it was lovely but there were a couple of issues with tye fixtures and lighting and we could here the people above us. They were VERY loud.

Great location within walking distance of the square, with free on-site parking. The hotel and rooms are beautifully modern yet charming. Super spacious and clean...you couldn't ask for more. All round great value.

Absolute perfection! Beautiful design to the smallest detail, food was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is perfect, central but quiet. We will absolutely come back, it exceeded our expectations and the price was reasonable given how beautiful out stay was. well done!

It was raining and it was uncomfortable to cross under the rain from the room to the main building but it was less than a minute.

The peacefulness of this hotel makes it the perfect place for a romantic weekend in Bruges and the breakfast was excellent. I would totally recommend this place.

A couple of niggles only really. The bed, although comfy, had developed a bit of a double hammock effect. Fine, assuming you want lots of personal space! The bath towels could be bigger for adult guests.

Great location, not far from the station and easy walking distance to the city centre. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast, with plenty to choose from. Our standard Garden room (no.11) was well set out and pleasantly quirky, with partial stained glass windows and view of the gardens towards the main hotel building. Thumbs up too for the eco-friendly toiletries.

1. Wi-Fi connection is weak. It kept disconnecting annoyingly. 2. The bathroom basin (sink) seems like the water drained a bit slow.
