We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was great! Hotel Moon was very clean, the room was spacious and very quiet, the shower huge and the bed comfy. I especially liked the little touches, like a wine glass and plate in the room, plus a mug and cup. A highlight was the most enjoyable breakfast (different every day!) I’ve ever had at a hotel. Best of all was the host, Ingrid, who was so incredibly welcoming and kind. It felt like I was visiting a friend.

United KingdomThis hotel needs to tell the truth at point of sale. Like telling you that the hotel is unstaffed. Telling you most of the rooms are up several flights of steep stairs and there is no lift. Telling you they are going to send you a mail a day before arrival which then explains what should have been said above. Then when you don’t read the mail and you are left sitting waiting in an empty hotel for hours with the toilet locked and have to leave. Then they take your money anyway saying it is a no show. Correct, a no show from Hotel staff. I intend to fight this hotel to the bitter end to get my money back. I feel defrauded. Don’t stay here
