Very profrssional staff, there was a free drink as a gift, the rooms are very smart (tech-savy), the interior is amazing. Very worth it. Also it is located in a local area of the city so you get the local experience as well. A bit far from the center as a result. But close to the bus stations so its not that big of a deal.

I love the hotel design and atmosphere. The room was super clean, the design was cool and the size was great compared to other hotels I stayed in , the bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine in the room which made me so happy .. the room cleaning service is 10/10 i loved how they cleaned everything and kept the room spotless.. The staff on the reception are amazing, friendly , helpful and professional They were so helpful whenever I ask for something .. (Giulia,Xavier,Martin, Chelsea ,& Joana .. u guys are the best 🫶🏼) The location is great for shopping , less than 10 mins walk to all the luxury brands , and so many specialty coffee and breakfast places nearby.. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider booking again whenever I’m back to Brussels

The noisy street and lack of proper aircon

Great location, easy to get into the city centre by bus or 20min walk. Cafes and restaurants nearby and a couple drinking spots so it was perfect location wise. It was a little noisy outside and the aircon didn’t really work so you had to open the window, can’t imagine what it would be like in the middle of summer. The room was very clean and a decent size. The bathrooom was really small but decent and functional. The shower was ok, although the plug hole was weird and you’d kind of slide into it which wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad. Safe were amazing, very helpful and even let us check in early which we were very thankful for. I also liked how we got given a free welcome drink.

Was not critical for us, but still - services are quite poor for 4 stars. - multiple problems with the key system, so that we had to come to receptions several times. - no dental kits, no sleepers available (lady at the reception told that they are out of stock)

Inconvenient that had to use my key for the elevator and that it only got me to my floor, that there was no wardrobe do my cloths were hung in the room.

Great lobby for working, the free drink, comfortable bed, quiet, good shower, high quality toileterries, cool decor, good free WiFi and no need for password.

No complaints about the hotel. I would book this hotel again. However I would ask for a room on the upper level, not on the first floor (twin rooms are here), Because I heard some street noise in the middle of the night (cheering guys, but it's a quiete area though)

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The personnel was also very nice and offered a free drink at the bar. The breakfast was tasty and had many options (also veggie and gluten free)

Rooms were not very soundproof, rooms were good, but basic, no other facilities in the room. A fridge would have been useful.

Location was good, 30 minute walk to the major sights in Brussels. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived early and the staff were so well coordinated that they could tell us our room was ready before the expected check-in time. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient, a very good team across the hotel.

The Hotel is situated near the center of Bruxelles (25 min walking to Parc du Cinquantenaire) and 20 minutes walking to European Parliament. I liked very the hotel lounge and the attitude of the staff.

Very welcoming staff.. willing to assist in any concern and query.. Was able to meet some of our kababayan staff at the front desk.. Close proximity to sites to be visited (walking distance).. The bar is always open for those who would want to have a drink and relax at anytime..

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a prime location within the city. Besides being in a peaceful neighborhood, it is possible to find markets, restaurants, and everything needed in close proximity, making it accessible by foot.
