nHow has the friendliest staff. Room was very clean. I like the fact that they give incentives if you decide not to have your room cleaned; very earth friendly. I wouldn't mind booking again at this hotel if I were to go back in Brussels. Overall, our experience is a 10!

I really loved the breakfast time. This hotel is all about details....in everything. Mimosas, Belgian waffles, coffee and fruit. Staff is so nice and supportive. There is a lot of space, and it is not a noisy place, despite the fact that a lot of people may attend the restaurant area. Excellent service, a magnifique way to start the day and to be ready to stroll the city.

The room was quite noise, it was difficult to get to sleep with all the noise coming from the street.

Slightly in the rougher part of Berlin but staff were helpful and advised us the best places to go/avoid. Such as avoiding Brussels Nord train station in the evening!

Decor good, staff friendly, always happy to help and give recommendations of places to go/eat. Carlos and another lady on reception were amazing and Gonzalo in the bar. Only 10-15 min walk from the Grand Place. Excellent bar service!

The only thing that I would really hope they ca fix is the smell of the sewage in the shower and you can also smell it a bit in a room. If this could be fixed, then I would say it is perfect.

The hotel is lovely and we came with the car so it was very convenient that the hotel had parking (we didn't want to leave the car on the street but there was not much parking around that area anyway). We liked the staff and the restaurant was also good. The breakfast was really nice too, they even had a waffle truck where you can make your own waffles.

1) Elevator needed card to access but the card would always stop working. I was very careful to not keep it with my phone. It was annoying cus I had to get new cards literally every day I was there. 2) Was speaking fluent English to a staff member. They saw I was born in a certain country (different from my passport) and started inserting phrases to me in the language here and there. I know they're just trying to be hospitable but it was very cringe for me. IYKYK.

For me, it was a little bit hard to find the correct switcher for lights, or how to turn everything off when you left the apartment, but it is fine :D

It was absolutely nice and perfect breakfast possibilities, you can make waffles by yourself very friendly stuff. And nice transportation possibilities, 10 minutes and you are in touristic walking street, I would like to recommend this place and definitely will stay here in a future. It is a place full of cool and attractive people! I'm pretty sure that every room is individually created, and I also like it :D Also, in this place, you can take care of the environment and be a real environmentalist!

Comfortable, cheerful, funky room. Kids loved the speakers with lights we could use with our phone. Also liked that we could opt not to have housekeeping and instead have a free drink at the bar.

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor so we asked to switch rooms to another floor, and even though they said they had availability, a change or room wasn't possible. The room was too dark for my taste.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and big, and breakfast was very diverse and good quality. The hotel bar was also very good.

Great amenities available at reception, very friendly staff. Free drinks vouchers if you choose not to have room cleaned, nice to enjoy at the bar in evening. Lots of options for breakfast even bubbly and make your own waffles! Next to Botanical Garden - beautiful Park, nice for a stroll. Around 20 min walk to centre.

Large, comfy bedroom with two individual beds put side by side (which was fine for us as it gave us even more space - kind of like a king size bed), nice decoration and nice view as well even though we had the "classic room" offer. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient and next to metro and tram, 20 minutes walk will take you right in the center of town. We thought the location was very good, as we passed by other big names in the hotel industry located right in the center and it did not appeal to us at all (most are located on a big avenue with no charm, right in front of fast food restaurants etc). Plus, we liked the environmentally friendly aspect (you have a free drink if you agree to not have your room cleaned everyday).

I liked everything

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast fabulous, the reward for cleaning the room ourselves was nice, the gym, the decoration, the coffee available in the room, but above all the service provided by the staff; especially people at the reception desk.
