The room temperature was set to 25 Celsius and took a while to get down to a comfortable level. Parking was quite expensive onsite.

Staff is very friendly and helped us with our questions. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Overall good value for money. Close to subway and tram station.

Pillows were a bit worn out and didn’t suit my preference. Only spent 1 night so it was not big problem. I didn’t bother asking for another. Yes it’s paid parking 29euro. There is parking at the back of hotel.

Rooms are spacious, interesting artistic influenced decor, good location, good breakfast, excellent waffles and okay parking. 10min walk to the main shopping road. Cut through the gardens around the corner and the walk is pleasant.

It is one of the coolest hotels in Brussels, I liked the original design in the whole room, I liked the messages on the hangers, and the bed was very comfortable. Was a nice experience.

The staff were very nice and helpful during our stay. The rooms as well as the whole building looked very fun and artistic. The beds were comfortable and big and the room was pretty clean overall. If you are going to Brussels and you're into the aesthetic of the hotel, I would definitely recommend it :)

A few more room amenities would be nice (slippers for example, given there are no carpets). The noise of the street can also be bothersome - the tram on the street just in front of the hotel.

Hotel was very new, but area outside it was not very appealing, building site just outside, but it has nothing to do with hotel quality One evening our key card didn't work, but without it you can't activate the lift so we couldn't easily go back to the reception to get it fixed

Very clean, new, spacious hotel with really cool, quirky decor! Loved our stay! Breakfast was just exceptional. lots of choices and everything fresh, waffle station, well stocked coffee stations, great selection of food and drinks-even iced coffes and margaritas and seperate candy room, very instagrammable. Decor of the room was really fun, in addition to that we could order through hotel app anything we needed at any time (extra tea, phone chargers, extra toilettres and lots more), haven't seen that in many places, especially that range of services available through the app was so wide, massive super comfy bed is definitely an another asset. We were staying only a few nights so we decided that we don't need our bedding changes and for that we received a drink voucher for the bar each night-it was a lovely way to finish a busy day. Can totally recommend!

We had a great stay here. The staff were lovely from the minute we arrived. They gave us a map and showed us some of the more popular attractions and also the best places to see the New Years fireworks. We really liked the exchange of a free drink for not changing your towels unnecessarily. We only did breakfast one day - it was lovely but as we both have allergies there weren't as many options for us unfortunately. Worth the money if you are allergy free though. The room was very spacious, clean with a very large bed and black out curtains. Most attractions were within walking distance but if not an easy to use metro near by as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and would use again if I was to visit Brussels

It is somewhat hard to walk to the hotel from the Brussel-nord station.

A quirky hotel, but ideal for a women travelling alone on business. The decor was very artistic and I loved the positive messages around the room, reception area and hallways. Had a skyline room with amazing views.

The noise, the windows need to be triple glazed or something because I could even here the trams going over the coble stone, woke up several times.

The breakfast is open until 12 on weekends, and the option to have a late checkout. The breakfast is delicious, they have avocado!! The decoration is very original and the staff was super nice.

Breakfast was AMAZING! like really really good. you can make your own waffles... and they have like everything you want for a good breakfast. The bar is also really nice :) the rooms are quite big and made with high creativity and terms of interior design and decoration.

With open window and even in the backside, quiet noisy, but this is Brussels and not fault of the hotel. With closed windows it is ok. The price was on the high side.

Very good breakfast, with huge selection of topics. Even for Müsli Fans there is a great selection. One of the rare hotels that even offer fresh waffles. Room had water for free and a fridge.

Great location for La Botanique, short walk from the train station which could be a daunting area for some people. Clean and great views from the room.

The position was quite close to Brussels North station from where you can get all type of transportation you needed, although the FlixBus to different locations.This place is the most recommended for tourist without higher standards, the room and the bedroom were very clean. I was impressed about the bed, it was very comfortable.
