Only thing I'd complain about was some parts of the room were not clean. There was a good bit of dust around the towel racks and the edges of the room. Otherwise it was perfect.

Staff were lovely. Location was perfect, a stone's throw from the main square. Breakfast was ideal. The bed was super comfy, like a cloud.

Not a lot of space in the room, the stools for the table were not comfortable, so not really good if you have to work. No 24h reception.

Difficult to find parking near by, had to park several KM away.

Toilet is not very private Would have loved some bacon for breakfast and the egg option is a boiled egg only. Couldn’t choose how I like my eggs I had one bad experience with staff. My wife bought a chocolate beer. We asked the man at reception if we could put the bottle in the hotel fridge for 2 hours. There’s no fridge in the rooms. He said NO! I was in shock! I’m used to hotel staff being very accommodating and being very helpful.

Staffing was challenging on site, but they were very responsive via text or email.

Location was excellent, not far from Bruges centre, but not on a main busy tourist street. Near shops, coffee. Great laundrette next door. Generous continental breakfast available downstairs as nice with fresh baked goods- not overdone.

If I have to put something here, it would be that the room will do well with more items like an electric kettle, but really that was not a problem as there are plenty of options for dining. The door for the shower/toilet could be improved, though (but that is borderline cosmetic over functional, and wasn't really a problem).

The hotel is in a really good location - perfect for exploring the city. The room size is decent, and the breakfast is really great. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot).

The only issue was the bar not being open on Thursday evening but we believe this is down to difficulty in getting staff, which seems to be a problem everywhere at the moment. We felt sorry for the owners as it seems they have tried very hard to increase there staff levels without any luck.

Overall the hotel offered excellent value for money and we would be very happy to stay there again in the future

Explain to the guest beforehand that the car park is a tiny box: too small for a large car.

The man that works at reception was so rude. The breakfast was extremely limited. Worth about 3euro cost 15euro. No after service. Our room was not cleaned once in 4 days

Nothing. From the bed to the tv to the reception on Wifi, everything work and was uncomplicated to understand.

Superb location next 3 minutes from the main square. Restaurants and museums so easily accessible. Owner was so accommodating. Room was super comfy and quiet even when it was overlooking the street. I would stay there in a heart beat again! Breakfast spread was elegant and fresh.

Nothing to do with the hotel. Two out of three nights, we were awoken by drunk people fighting on the street outside the hotel. Bruges needs to decide quickly what kind of tourists it wants to attract before it turns into Amsterdam.

Didnt like the fact that there was no bar facilities in the hotel, hotel was closed at night at 8.30/9pm which meant no late night drinks 😳🙄

The small double room that we got was arranged very smartly but it was actually quite small, it was hard to find space for the luggage. Due to the very central location, the room can also get a bit noisy at nights.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the city. The room was really nice and modern, with a smart bathroom arrangement to maximise the room’s footprint. The hotel was among the most affordable in its category that we found so it exceeded expectations and it was good value for money for the location.
