the underground car park was slightly difficult to find and navigate to due to roadworks. Then, lots of lifts inside the shopping centre and having to go to a floor to then move to another lift was a little annoying.

The bed was comfortable and it is located near lots of restaurants and amenities, the staff were very friendly.

Our bathroom (shower and sink) was an open bathroom which was okay for us but can be annoying for some people.. It was a little hidden though

- there are different elevators for specific levels and rooms; it's a pretty long walk from outside to the room, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. - the bathroom sink is inside the room, the configuration is very 'modern' and some slippers would have been great.

- Very large room, clean and modern; - comfortable bed and pillows, with backup blanket if needed; - fast wifi and large range of TV channels. - friendly staff who were willing to help you with any request;

The only «less than excellent » point is the breakfast, a bit too standard.

I didn't know that the access for the hotel is only possible with an elevator! It's important for me to mention, that I am claustrophobic and not using any elevators! So it started to get a little stressful for me. After calling the front desk and explained my situation, they made it possible to let us use the stairwel,l which they normally use for emergency cases only! This was my life saver and a plus but I still have to admit, I didn't feel comfortable to always go to the front desk, to be able to get in and out of the hotel. So I wouldn't really recommend it to people, who having the same issue as I do. Breakfast was ok but still not what I would expect for the 23 euro extra. Maybe we been a little bit late, but breakfast get's served til 10am and we been there at around 9am and wasn't many choices left to pick at all. That was a little bit disappointing to me because, to me it is the most important meal at the day!

Novotel is right above a shopping center which is great! Parking comes with the hotel and is right underneath the shopping center. Also you getting to pay only half of the ticket for the first night at least. Staff was very kind and friendly. We stayed only one night though. You don't really need a car since the hotel is in a center and surrounded from cafe's and restaurants. So this was really convenient.

location is not obvious, hiding somewhere in the narrow districts; maybe more signs for people heading from the central station can help? breakfast management is a disaster - there is simply not enough space/table/utensils/people/etc

The car park is very difficult to find using satnav. The hotel is surrounded by a pedestrian zone so can’t drive right up to hotel. Took 20mins to drive around and find the underground car park.

I loved the aesthetics, the room that had portuguese tv (RTP1) and a huge screen, also the bed was amazing. Everything was so modern, good and confy. Love the writting in the wall in the entrance on our floor. The entrance had a space very nice, I could feel I was in a warm and cozy space.

The location in Booking is wrong. You have to search the address directly in navigation app. In Maps app there is location on the hotel but it's also wrong.

The hotel is great. On the top of center in a mall. The food in hotel restaurant is very good. The Room is big and comfortable.
