Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe frizzer was broken, the fridge didn't close good. There were NO cleaning products, no floor brush or mop or vacuum cleaner. Only one extra bin bag. No microwave!!! No dishwasher!!!!!! No instructions for washing machine. No salt or pepper or sugar etc.....
We r giving 8 because of ubicación and cleanliness , otherwise it would be 7.

Czech RepublicThe floor was a bit too cold during the whole stay. It would be better if there were slippers available. The bedroom windows don't seem to be well isolated, it leaks cold a lot. However the bedroom can be made very warm with the heating. The main front door doesn't isolate sound very well. So you can hear the neighbors often. I think if the apartment had a microwave it would help a lot. The owner asked me to write a review on Google maps and required a screenshot after we checked out. Rather weird thing to ask. I think it was a bit rude.
The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bedroom was very nice. Bathroom was clean and had nice clean towels and soap/shampoo. The heating was adjustable by thermostat to comfortable temperature. It had fairly good set of electronic devices.

United KingdomFor a luxury apartment, it felt a little basic and tired. When we arrived the entrance gate had been closed so we couldnt collect the keys to get in, we had to use the buzzer of a random flat to be let in to the key lockers (after being instructed to do so by the contact from onelux). We also had to call to get a tray for the oven, none had been provided. They didn't having matching sets of crockery and odd amounts 3/4/5. Bedroom, they had a wardrobe with clothes rail, but no coat hangers to use. The shower needed the silicon re-doing because of black mold. The flat in general needed minor touch ups on the plaster/ paint throughout. Bedroom lamp didn't work. Lastly, they need to replace a lot of the led lights as they have either failed or partially failed.
Loved the location, the views from the apartment were also nice. Came into a very warm flat with the bedroom still nice and cool. Washing machine with built in tumble dryer was very useful. Coffee machine was easy to use and the coffee they provided was good. They had some oil, salt and pepper, (I cook when I'm away, often apartments forget these items so it was very nice to find) The area was nice and quiet, good sound proofing when windows were closed.

We had a great time here. The apartment is wonderfully located and has everything a small family like ours may need. There is even a fine supermarket nearby. The staff is very accommodating, although we only were in touch via text messages.

Germanythe photos are misleading. There are rooms beneath street level, which are not shown or described. Here guests who retrieve or return their keys and pedestrians can look into your room easily. There are blinds, but they dont close off everything. There is little to no privacy, escpecially at night. Directly(!) in front of the windows are garbage bins and thrown around garbage bags for days. Because of the blinds not closing all the way, a lot of street lights flood into the room. In addition to that, above the doors are incredibly bright green 'way of escape' signs, not designed for bedrooms but rather hallways and large halls. We had to cover it up to get any rest. The rooms are also pretty noisy. Cars on the street - fine, but directly next to the bed is a loud fridge that hums all night. If you are unlucky in the room next door is a washing machine or something like that running for hours each night. If you are even unluckier there might not be any hot water in the shower, especially in the morning, because there isnt enough hot water for all appartements in the house. We stayed for 7 days. During that time we didnt get any new towels. Discusting.

FranceMy impressions of the stay - not the most pleasant. It all started with a message from the owner of the apartment the evening before I left that I should contact some of his employees to find out if the apartment would be ready for my arrival. As if I no longer have my own affairs, I must control the readiness of my future home. This is despite the fact that I indicated in advance the planned time of my arrival and sent a passport photo, at the request of the owner. Nevertheless, contact was made and I settled in. The apartment is very cozy and pleasant, the furniture is not new, but in good condition, the bed and pillows are comfortable, there are dishes, a stove, a kettle and other items for cooking. But it looks like the apartment is very poorly maintained. Upon my arrival, the floor was dirty, spoiled food remained in the refrigerator, frozen women's hair in the freezer. Some dishes were not washed, there were incomprehensible greasy stains on the nightstands in the bedroom, burnt candles and caps from beer bottles lay in places on the floor. At the same time, the apartment does not even have cleaning devices, only a broom and a scoop. There is also no microwave, which is very inconvenient. I’m not even talking about pleasant little things like shampoo in the shower and salt and pepper in the kitchen. Although there was shampoo, it looks like it was left from previous tenants (it was in disposable jars, like from a hotel and not complete). In addition to all the shortcomings, the owner also sent me a message asking me to rate it 5 stars and send him a screenshot with a report. It's the first time I've seen such audacity. As if I was his subordinate, and I have to report. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the apartment is still quite comfortable. But, if I knew in advance, I would never have settled there.
