More like a Youth Hostel, simple rooms. A lot of dirt on the floor. No sound isolation from corridor/other rooms. No AC. Expensive.

It was noisy when I arrived with loud music from area below but this was finished by mid evening did not see any staff in morning although did not leave intil 8 am

I will list them as I came across the bad bits: 1. Parking is shocking and there was nothing to indicate what we should do. It was quite a walk with the luggage for a family of 4 from the market place to the hotel. 2. The reception area is tiny, and standing there trying to check in whilst staying guests try to walk past was a challenge. 3. We were told the room had been renovated, it looked half done with a really bad paint job. In the cupboards were fliers and literature that looks like they were being stored in the room. 4. No kettle, no coffee machine. 5. No fridge 6. No air con 7. There was a tile on the side of the bath that had been cut out which looked real tatty. 8. The view from the window was the smoking area for the staff working at the restaurant below the hotel which was lovely when trying to sleep with the windows open and no air con after 30 degree temperatures. 9. The windows were filthy 10. Cables from extension leads for the TV on the floor, looked really bad.

Loved the location. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and so friendly. Great as a place to stay for a night or 2, to literally just get your head down. The room was really spacious.

Bathroom, very bad smell not clean before checking in still dirty, the room it's dusty, no air filter no fan and no pot for tea.

I expected that there would be a refrigerator in the room because is a family room but there was nothing when we arrive in the room we need to ask for it but then I'm glad they send it to our room problem there's water leaking from the refrigerator we need to clean it up and put towels on the floor and also there is no blower to dry our hair but the reception told me she will send one to our room when we get back there's nothing there I ask also for a kettle machine so we can have tea after because its cold and windy a bit that day but madam reception said they don't have.

I like the location very close to the beach and to all the shops along the road I love the swimming pool even if we need to go to another hotel which I also experienced staying in the hotel azaert before.The Reception in the hotel paradisio is very nice .

A bit late check-in.

They actually offered us to stay in WP hotel Cavalli close to the weekend market where is used as a parking lot ONLY on Monday to Thursday. Nice location. Tram is near by. A bus station to Bruges is 5 mins walk. Hotel personnel was friendly. Cleaning service was great. We didn't ask for daily room cleaning but the cleaning service left us fresh towels at our door every day.

I would like to try their other hotel.. ofcourse if my dog was allowed in other hotel... I like to come back soon... I like to try other hotels of WP too... Of course if my baby dog is allowed... The place was perfect... and the stuff was so nice...

In the near future if its possible to put aircon... In my room their is no shampoo, conditioner and soap. But is fine i really love the place and Ambiance of the Hotel...

Location is very nice but it is very noisy from the birds outside because the window need to open...

was dirty to the point of thick mold in shower and dirt.. no soap in the bottles and we checked for bedbugs luckily we didn’t see any but that was the only good thing

I can say that a good place to stay at reasonable price, with all required bathroom facility. In the heart of road, so plenty of eating outlets available. Walking distance is beach. Read sand issue review on hotel and rooms but that is because of nearby beach. A comfy place for overnight stays and move on, in right price.

Beds were ok, mattress could be rotated so that you don't feel like sleeping in a pothole

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to some issues with the room they were able to move us to a partner hotel. It is a basic hotel with a great location to the beach and on the main steet. So you feel like you are in the middle of the party all the time.
