Even if breakfast was good, I could not find any hot/warm dishes except the waffles (e.g. sausages, fried/boiled eggs and etc.).

Bad information regarding taxi. Much more expensive to airport than indicated for airport. Bus would have been possible. Staff has no information. Not good for an airport hostel. Location isn't that good for an airport hotel.

It's DARK. The Pentahotel in Leuven has a much nicer bar and similar but more joyous design. This one has a decent lounge area but the corridors and rooms are really dark. Noise insulation is also not great. Staff are courteous but don't go out of their way to help. Not even a kettle is provided. Breakfast is 20 EUR and you don't even get bacon and eggs so, no thanks. Parking is 19 EUR but pointless as it is free 5 metres outside the gate. Rooms are ibis sized but the bed is not as comfortable as the Accor Hotels. All in all, a disappointment compared to other Pentahotels.

The industrial design was probably refreshing ten years ago, although it's not really anymore. Easy access to airport and ring road.

It's very warn and shabby in a lot of areas. There is no hot breakfast besides the waffles, I expected eggs or more waffle options. My room was a good size, but the t.v. didn't work until I reconnected it myself, dirty sheets had been left in a ball in the wardrobe and the towels had clearly been hung in a rush or without care.

The hotel is stylish both outside and in. The WiFi is strong. Staff are welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was a cold breakfast but with good healthy options. Food can also be ordered until very late. The hotel is very cozy and warm throughout which is nice in a cold December stay.

The room was cold. Needed to use air heat pump to heat the room, and it keep some noise. Its a little bit far away fron center but its a airport hotel and its near the airport(bus 272 is your way to here). Pitsas at restaurant are not anything to mention, but there is nothing near by where to eat...

Brussel is very expensive so what I paid it was good value. Tv has free movies to look at. I did miss breakfeast by 15 minutes by my own fault but they did still give me some food on the morning.

Room without heating: outside 6de and 14deg in my room!!!! . Shower and equipment rather uses and ahowing a serious need of maintenances. The restaurant has only 3 meals, nothing is coocked but just heated! a room at €150 looking like Ibis should cost like Ibis €79 not €150!!!!

You can expect a better breakfast for the lodging price you pay. No more free airport shuttle bus was available. During a working week the cost/value ratio is not too much attractive.

Common parts of the hotel require refrubishment. Air Con in my room could not achieve set temperature. Seems like triped....

Small room Room was kind of cold (but to be honest, it was the end of November) Had to turn the Air Conditioning on, to warm up while sleeping, but then the air got too dry . Parking costs 18 Euro for one night.

It was nice and clean and there is a billiard in the reception where you can play for free. Prices are crazy everywhere right now, I don't think it was a value for money.

This was the first time I stayed at Penta since before Covid. Everything was as I remembered, except the evening meal menu which has been greatly reduced. That said, what I had was nice. To balance this the breakfast was great.

Penta hotel was within walking distance of my business meeting and within walking distance to Diagem train station for my return travel to Brussels Midi. It aligns with my personal intentions of using public transport / walking wherever possible when travelling on business.

Lunch and dinner menu not great, only a few options available all the time. Hallways are very noisy, you can hear everything when in your room.

Very friendly staff, Breakfast was ok plenty of choices. Very close to the airport and close to bus stops and train station. Only 4 stations away from Brussels Central.

Bed sheets weren’t clean. I found female hair in it and dirty spots all over one side of the bed (I took photos but won’t post them here). Please make sure to thoroughly clean the linens between guests. Also walls were very thin that I could clearly hear what was happening in the adjacent rooms.
