The room was a little dated in its decoration but very clean. Could only find a couple of tv channels in full English - smart tv’s could be a future investment??? The train / metro / bus station (and nothing to do with the hotel) is undergoing significant renovation and is very run down and can feel a little unsafe at night. Loads and loads of police about which was reassuring though and the hotel is literally next to the police station too.

The breakfast was great and I would definitely recommend adding it to the booking as it’s quite expensive if booked separately (as we did this when our daughter visited). A great selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, breads and hot food such as bacon, sausage, eggs etc. The reception area is really comfortable, modern in design and relaxing. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and also allowed us a later checkout (at an additional cost) and also booked us a taxi to the airport. Cleaning was carried out daily which was fantastic. The room, albeit a bit dated in its decoration, was clean, quiet, had air con, a safe and a small fridge. The coffee machine and coffee pods was a great addition too. It was a great location for our needs and also very close to the main train station.

The bathroom in the room is very basic. It is not walking distance to the city centre.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a very handy little supermarket behind the hotel for supplies.

Our coffee wasn't replenished and there were horrible paper cups instead of proper ones.Towels were replaced but a hand towel wasn't.

we asked multiple times to get shampoo in our room as they had mixed it and given us two conditioners instead but this didn’t get changed till our third day. location was further out than expected

It was a little far by foot from the venue where I worked at which was a little unpleasant.

The room was really nice and quiet. The breakfast was also really delicious with a decent range of food. It was a really good place to stay at after working the whole day at a convention.

they charge me two times when i paid the room. It was complicated for them to return my money quickly. Because of that I lost money for bank transitions, etc. It took them about 10-15 days to return the money.

The advertised onsite parking was full when we arrived, which was a primary reason we had booked the hotel. We found street parking and heard from the others in our traveling group that the onsite parking was cramped and difficult to use. Additionally the soap in our shower was completely empty, and we were disappointed to find it did not get refilled when housekeeping came in.

Great location for our weekend attending Comicon. Breakfast was a good value included in the room but would not have been impressive for €20 per person. The pizza was very good. We will consider staying here again if we return for the same event.

On check in the 3 men who were at the counter were not friendly, especially after a long drive in from Germany, the check in felt like walking into the continental from John Wick. The staff on the second day were much better and receptive though.

The room we had got was absolutely massive! The bathroom was really nice and even had a bidet. The facilities in this hotel is second to none, with a bar , restaurant, drinks and snacks counter. The staff on the second day were super friendly and helpful. The location is right in central too so brussels north station was a short walk away , in which you can take a train into brussels central within 3 mins.

Air conditioned room max temp 17, not cooling, ended waking several time during night sweating.

We stayed for a night short trip, what I liked most the location 8-10 mins walk from hotel to flixbus international bus stop, reason traveling back to london by bus. Room is spacious, clean and staff are accommodating.

The bathroom was a little worn and stained. The area is sketchy at night.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. It was convenient for our early morning flight. We didn’t make use of the facilities.
