The sink and the toilet seat were dirty! I found someone’s thinny from hair in the bathroom, noone cleaned there apparently. But the funny thing the cleaning lady kept knocking at the door 1 hour before check out. There’s no heating you can set up yourself.

I didn’t like the attitude the staff had. And the most importantly: LOCATION. Everyone around us (taxi drivers, locals, our friends that live in Brussels) warned us not to walk there after 8-9 pm. Even thought the location is really near to the city centre, there’s no Bus station and streets in the evening don’t really feel safe. There are homeless people around, groups of young people who drink in the street e.t.c. So every day when we were coming back, we had to order a bolt Taxi and pay 10x more just because it wasn’t safe to walk even 500 meters. Highly not recommended, staying there will cause you so much anxiety.

Only problem I had, was cold. The room was very cold and air condition does not help at all. They charge 50 € for deposit. They did not offer free water every day.

The bar area was in darkness from 5pm onwards Sunday 🤷‍♀️ had to use self service area to get drink and nibbles.

Though i have travelled all over the world it was the very first time i was asked for a safety deposit of 100 euro upon arrival, i knew it from the beginning but i find it unacceptable. Breakfast should be offered in a better price. There is no metro station nearby you have to walk a lot to find the nearest one.

Very spacious and comfortable room on the 3rd floor, clean, with mini fridge and heating. The location is ideal for those that use Flixbus for small/big trips in other countries, only 5 mins away. Quiet neighborhood (mostly business area) felt safe though we never stayed out too late. Super market nearby to buy goodies but also loved the mini market in the reception area, very convenient. Friendly stuff. I would recommend this hotel.

Lots of variety at breakfast but cooked breakfast items weren’t very hot but still tasty.

Very friendly staff, nice and warm as very cold outside, quiet location. Only a 5 minute walk from gare du nord metro station which was about 10 minutes to the city centre! Lots of choice for breakfast and very tasty pastries!

For me the beds were too hard but my husband was comfortable. The room facilities of tea and coffee were limited. We bought our own in the end.

The heating didn’t work properly so it was cold, the water in the shower was lukewarm. The staff weren’t particularly friendly or accommodating and wouldn’t let me check in even five minutes before check in time so that I could make a work call and the location is about a 30 minute walk from town.

It was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy.

The location is excellent. It is close to the flixbus station. And not far away from city center. It is comfortable to stay there.

The room could use a bit of renovation and the padded chair in the room was worned out. The bathroom is quite old and with poor lighting. Also a little bit of more attention could have gone a long way: Very crusted tea maker needed cleaning, missing water bottle one day, missing new tea bags another day, paper cups for tea/coffee could have been replaced by ceramic ones.

Would prefer a walk-in shower over a shower in the bathtub. And why not give the bill at check-in instead of at check out to save time in the morning? But overall a good experience.

Very decent rooms, relatively spacious. Location is not the best if you aim to visit downtown Brussels but it is most suitable if you aim to attend business meetings in the CBD district located in north Brussels.

The hotel sits under a flight path from the airport. Around 6h00 we can already hear the planes flying. that is not pleasant if you want to sleep a bit longer. The small market present in the lobby is a bit over priced. But in case of need at least has some things that you are probably looking for.

Decent Room, a bit old, but all worked ok. The location is a few meters away of the flixbus and north train station, that is good if you arrive by these means to the city at that location. Just need to walk a couple minutes to be at the hotel. The city center is also not that far, can be walked easily. The breakfast is decent. A lot of things to choose from.

I'm afraid they did not properly clean my room. There was skid marks on the toilet and yellow stains on the seat 🤢 I had to clean and disinfect the seats more than usual before I could use it 😭 Also the closet has no hanging rods, I would at least expect that for a hotel in this price range.

Liked that it was close to the station and my destination the next day.
