The location ended up being just a tad bit far outside of the Old Town area, which required at least a 15-minute walk to reach. So if you’re looking to be close by or centrally in the Old Town, then keep this in mind.

Comfortable stay & very accommodating staff. Good security in terms of access control. Conveniently located at the metro stop & 10-minutes’ walk from the North Station (Flix etc.)

Heating was not enough in the room. The water drained very slowly in the sink. Coffee machine did not produce good hot water for a tee.

Convenient location right near Noord station and with a metro stop right in front, and a huge basic fit a 2 min walk away (hotel also has a limited gym). Clean good sized room, nice staff and v comfy bed.

The mattress was too soft not so great for my back and it was quite noissy. the breakfast was oke.ish but not brilliant, quite crowded and limited space that is shared with other hotels; the breakfast lacked variety especially on the healthier choices, coffee was nt that great but ok Towels are quite small Pressure for the shower not so great

Rooms were cold, breakfast was too poor for a 4starred hotel, some personnel members at the receptions desk were impolite and unfriendly.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. Cleaning ladies were very helpful. Other than that, it is not quiet worthy of its 4****. I will not recommend it to anyone.

In the room it was too hot and it was not possible to reduce the temperature. I asked for help and a very rude man simply switched it off.

The shower hose was leaking and the electrical socket in the bathroom wasn't working. That is why I rated 8 instead of 10.

Great location, it is just 50 meters away from the Rogier station and 600 meters away from the Noord train station. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good.

Although the room with the breakfast buffet is spacious and well designed, the many tables there left a somewhat crowded impression at busy hours.

The hotel is located next to a major bus, tram and metro station to get around in Brussels by public transport, but also well in walking distance to the city centre to go to the many shops, eateries and attractions. My room was facing an open-view backside of the building and overall very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine.

Room good and comfortable. I accidentally locked myself out in the middle of the night and the staff were understanding. :) Conveniently close to Brussels Nord station and airport transfer.

Some glitches about the air conditioning. Breakfast was very basic and not very fresh, the rooms quite crowded and the tables often not cleaned up in time for new guests.
