Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location was very convenient for central Brussels - 15 minutes walk to Grand Place/Parc Cinquantenaire/central Brussels shopping and museums. The kitchen/lounge was a good size. Furnishings/decorations were stylish and comfortable. The shower soaps, etc were good quality. It was quiet despite being close to transport links. Local patisserie sold lovely croissants and bread for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Parking is easy to access and secure. Hosts were very helpful.

United KingdomYou are on a main road which has a tram route so it can no a little noisy when the windows are open but when closed not a problem. Bedrooms at the rear - no noise at all there. Struggled a little about what to do with rubbish and recycling but got there in the end.
Good communications with the owner, especially on arrival when there was a massive downpour. Wi-fi not working on arrival but an alternative route was provided and problem fixed next day. A convenience store is very close and was good enough for our needs. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre (for us) but I suppose you could hop on a tram to get you part of the way there. Or hop on a metro - station very close. Very spacious.

United KingdomThis isn’t a real criticism and it can’t be changed, but the apartment is on a very busy main road. The location itself wasn’t the greatest, but we (as two older ladies) didn’t really feel unsafe or scared. There were many local residents around, going about their normal business and it was a short walk to get to the metro. I think the police and fire stations were close, because the sound of sirens was pretty continual. There was one fan in the lounge, which was great. Smaller fans in each of the bedrooms would’ve been good.
Very clean, modern, well equipped apartment. A tram stop was right outside the property, which took you past the cathedral and palace complex. A metro line was a 5 minute walk away. The shower was good, albeit over a bath. Separate WC. The beds were super king (6’) size and extremely comfortable, with quality cotton bedding. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. I liked having the clothes washer and a good sized airer. Communication with the host(s) was excellent and I even got a message a day after check in from host, asking if we had any issues. Thank you Serge and Has for your attention to detail. Information booklets in the property on how to work things and on the local area was clear and concise. The TV included Netflix, which was a bonus. We liked that it was a keyless property, useful to have unique door codes, as we could do things separate from each other. The building felt very safe and secure. We arrived during the September heatwave, so found it too hot and noisy (traffic/trams) to sit out on the balcony. The small balcony from the main bedroom at the back of the apartment was small, but more peaceful. We had fabulous breakfasts at the funky, modern NHow Hotel across the road. Can heartily recommend. I recommend R213 apartments for anyone, especially those who want home to home, stylish comforts when on holiday.

This was my 3rd trip to the legendary Reggae Geel Festival and whilst searching online for somewhere to stay in Brussels I came across R213 Residences, which looked like great apartments even if it was a 10 min subway journey to the city centre. The apartments well very well presented and had all of the creature comforts and then some that one could hope for in a short-, medium- or long-term stay, the beds were super comfortable and a range of medium to firm pillows were provided which is so important to ensure a good nights or days sleep. We were met at the property by our hosts and given access codes to the property and the respective rooms, which had an amazing amount of space and were some of the largest apartments that I have stayed in anywhere in the World, including the USA which is renowned for its super-size in all things. Both of our apartments had great views and clean and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, which as a seasoned traveller, I can tell you is a really important standard for any apartment or hotel room to meet as a minimum to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend R213 Residences in the Botanique district of Brussels, with a well-stocked supermarket literally 5 mins walk away and the Botanique subway stop a 10 min walk away. Our hosts Serge and Has stayed in contact during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and that all our needs were met and catered for, thank you very much guys for all of your support and hosting us so graciously. We look forward to seeing you for Reggae Geel 2024!
