However there could be a problem if the a family of four stay in the shower a little longer then expected you could run out of HOT water as it was limited to 150 Litres.

The Parking / Location and Supplied Braekfast was excelent especially when theres no time to shop on your first day. Everything was as expected "Very Good".

The location was perfect, only a small walk to the metro and tram stations. Additionally, extraordinary restaurants are only a short walk away. The facilities were second to none, with a garage across the road an added bonus.

No sound proof windows ,No Ac and only one table fan

It was clean comfortable so many things kept for breakfast .Only problem is that windows are not soundproof and there is a tram line just below the apartment.So it’s difficult to sleep . Second room is just as small as it can be and there are no curtains in the room . Metro line is just 5 min walk and this apartment has no Ac but Nadia was very responsive They let me do early checking

Everything was fine.

The appartment is very close to the Atomium and very well connected to the rest of the city through the metro station Houba Brugmann and tram. We are very thankful for the amenities left by the host :)

The only problem that we had was that our 4 and 6 year old like to run around - and the people in the flats above and below came to complain because of their footsteps on the floors which is difficult to stop young children doing! So if you have young children it might not be the place for you.

Our stay was great and the hosts were great too - they were very responsive and were kind enough to arrange for someone to meet us when our ferry was delayed and we didn't arrive until 2am! Comfy flat and very cosy when it was so cold outside. Lovely snacks and drinks also left for us. Would really recommend.

Heaters works in the rooms but not elsewhere. facility is working but a bit old. Shower heater runs out hot water fast.

Nadia is always responsive and provides all the helps. I arrived before the check-in time and Nadia was nice to offer the parking so I can go to city first. The apartment is big and have a fully equipped kitchen. Train station and supermarket nearby.

The floor is rather sticky. As long as you wear slipper in the unit, you are ok.

This is a unit with full facilities (full fledge kitchen, washing & drying machine) + a supply of more than enough food for our breakfast for the 2 nights stay. Very helpful host who accommodated our change in check in time and walk us through the various facilities of the unit when we arrive.

The bathroom door needs a lock and air con in the summer might be handy?! But not big deal!

Jacqueline the host who greeted us was lovely. She told us how to get around, what to see and showed us the metro map with the relevant stops we needed. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cheese, bread etc and a welcome tray of cakes and chocolate, very lovely. The location is very close to the Atomiun and close to the metro which is great! Bedrooms a good size and the main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. Free parking very welcome!

the apartment is really comfortable with two separate bedrooms. the kitchen has all possible appliances you might need and the food tray we got was really nice, specially because we reach at night when the supermarket was already closed. Jaqueline is very kind and welcoming. the metro station and the supermarket are 5min away. you can also see the atomium from the window 😊

The host Nadia is very friendly. She welcome us nicely and very responsive. She provides a lot of delicious snacks, coffee, tea, orange juices, and some meals in fridge. The walk in closet is nice. The location is super since it is walking distance to Atomium and Mini Europe The property is well designed, huge and very clean. Everything is beyond our expectation. We were warned about a lady upstairs who bangs on your door if you make a noise and told not to open the door if anyone knocks. She did bang on the door at 7am while we made breakfast in the kitchen. This made us feel anxious about opening the door to leave the apartment. Please be aware that if there are only 2 of you, you only get one room! I booked for myself and my sister to stay and missed in the "fine print" right at the bottom that you have to pay extra for the 2nd room. I didn't see this so upon arrival we expected 2 rooms, having booked an apartment with 2 rooms. I found it really deceitful and it negatively affected our stay. Please include this in the main part of your text so it is more obvious. I've never encountered this before.

The host Jacqueline was very friendly, good comms, quick to answer my messages. She met us early in the day so we could use the car parking, and it was very useful having a garage opposite. The welcome pack of treats was very nice. The apartment was spacious and spotless.

For me, there were only two shortcomings of the flat. Firstly, it has no air conditioning, which in these times, especially in hot temperatures in a big city, can quickly take its toll, especially if you want to sleep comfortably at night. Furthermore, as mentioned on booking.com, the flat has a second bedroom, but this is only available for an extra charge for 2 guests. However, this fact is not as clearly pointed out on the booking page as one would have liked; especially if one was referred to it via a search filter (2 rooms - 2 persons).

The location of the apartment is great (Atomium is within walking distance!) and there is a private - free - garage. Furthermore, the rooms themselves are well equipped and know how to please. Definitely a place I will return to next time.
