The room was relatively small for the price but Ghent is quite touristy so this may just be the reason. On top of all the thoughtful details maybe add a pair of earplugs as the isolation in those old (but very beautiful building) are not the best and other guests can be very noisy.

The hotel building and its decoration are outstanding and could easily come out of a decoration magazine, lot of well-thought details with all the necessary toiletries including cotton bud & pads. The neighborhood is ideal close to the historic centre of Ghent but within a more vibing neighborhood gathering favorite of locals restaurants & bars.

Stairs too dangerous and we are young! No lamp near the bed which is a problem Nothing to hang the towels No glasses for the teeth 2 pilows... TV very small

It was a bit difficult to sleep with the windows open due to the noise outside, but it’s possible that this was the case due to the festivities of Eid.

Can't stay here if you can't climb stairs

The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. The room is very spacious and shower is brand new . Only a short walk to the old town and everything is nearby would stay again

Very nice and clean apartments, decorated in good taste, located in a pretty quiet area, within walking distance of the historical centre. Wifi is very good and there is Netflix too. The host provided all the relevant information in advance, and self check in was super easy. Toiletries from Rituals and Nespresso machine are nice touches. It's clear that the host wants guests to feel comfortable and have everything they need.

Everything was great, but it was pretty cold in the room (standard for Belgium I guess), and I couldn't make the AC work.

There was a kettle in the room which is great, but there were no teabags. There was a coffee however.

Excellent hotel room after fresh renovation - everything is new and clean. Modern design, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice linen. 10 minutes walk to the city center in one direction and 5 minutes to paid parking in the other (Parking Tolhuis (Tolhuislaan 77/79), 9.50 euros per day). Breakfast was good but bit expensive.

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned by the staff. We contacted the tenant immediately and he offered us a couple of solutions. During a trip issues can show up and you look for people to solve them as quickly as he did. Very pleased with the treat and the place.

There were a lot of steps and they were really small and tall, bit of a trouble to go up and down. Also, you could hear the people in the room upstairs and next door walking, showering, etc.

The bed was really comfy and the heating system works really good.

In one of the rooms, the water temperature of the shower was either cold or hot, no in between. However, would still very much recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghent!

We had a great stay at Rodelijv! The hotel had just opened 2 weeks before. The host was very friendly, accompanying us to the parking lot and gave us some tips for breakfast and nice places to eat. We booked 3 separate rooms. Each of the rooms was nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a nice area of Ghent, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
