Quite wonderfull place. Everything is perfect. Canal view rooms might have mosquito problems during the summer. Air condition not working in our room but this minor peoblem did not affect us. Staff is wonderfull too. Breakfast is also ok. Can recommend anyone who would like to come Brugge. Near the main attractions.

Breakfeast buffet was amazing, make sure you get that! Spacious room, quite, tidy. Great staff. this is a very good location only 10 min walk to center square. Parking garage is also only 10 min if that!

Once I arrived at the hotel, there is nobody on the reception. I couldn’t reach anybody. I lived this situation two times. I’m not satisfied.

The perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of central Brugge which was just a beautiful short walk away. The hotel staff were delightful, polite and helpful and the rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The view from our window was breathtaking and we’ll definitely be coming back for another stay.

Nothing not to like

Well located in quiet area set overlooking a canal with about a 10 minute picturesque walk to the market square. Lovely spacious room and reception staff always helpful. A bright breakfast room in the hotel looked inviting although we didn’t use it.

Breakfast was just OK. Would have liked a cappuccino or latte - they just had brewed coffee in a canister. The hard boiled eggs appeared to be prepared the night before because the egg yolks had a bluish cast. Not what we expected for a "four-star" hotel.

Location was the key. Room had a pleasant view of a small canal. Parking garage was about a 5 minute walk. Historical center was a 10 minute walk.

If I had to comment on something would be the glass bathroom door, if your partner uses the bathroom often at night the light would come out and light the room which can be annoying for someone trying to sleep. But obviously this is not a deal breaker as everything else was great.

The location of the hotel was ideal; a walkinf distance to the center of Brugges. The area around was safe and had a few restaurants/pubs at a walking proximity. Mohamad at the reception was very helpful, provided us with a map and some tips on where to go and how to get there. The room overall was clean, the bed was comfortable and the toilet clean as well. The room had an amazing view to the canal.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area but very near to the centre of Bruges. Beds were very comfortable and the pillow was exceptional (I generally struggle with hotel pillows). We had intended to wander out for breakfast but had a last minute change and enjoyed a very good selection of breakfast goodies. Would recommend having a first evening’s restaurant booked, thereafter you will find something whilst you wander the city.

Everything was amazing. The view from the room to the canal was so relaxing and beautiful. It was very close to the center, not even 5 minutes by feet. The breakfast was delicious and it had everything. The staff was very kind and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The shower was over the bath and we would have preferred a proper shower enclosure, though only a minor point. Also, the outside garden area clearly wasn't ready for early in the season. Again, only minor point.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice. Staff were very, very, helpful and efficient. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Location was good, about 10 minutes pleasant walk into centre. Parking was safe and secure, though a few minutes walk from the hotel.
