Not a single thing I can name. Really nothing to complain about.

One of the best places ever! I liked everything - from the location (it's simply ideal) and comfort (especially the big sofa) to all those small details (there are a lot) making the house really unique. Getting a bottle of sparkling wine, ice tea and some snacks was also a nice bonus. And so were all those business cards for recommended restaurants. I can definitely see myself coming back here. And to Antwerp as well.

Parking space is a bit tight

Really cozy House in a quiet area very close to the city. You can reach everything on foot. If you are looking for a relaxed stay this house is perfect.

There was nothing really except it's worth noting there are a lot of stairs - so you need to be mobile! And there's only one bathroom shared between two bedrooms which is connected to the main bedroom, so it's not necessarily a bad thing but it's something to be aware of that you probably have to be quite a close group of friends or family to share this place! :)

The house was super comfortable, warm, clean and really nicely decorated. It looks even nicer than in pictures and there was a bottle of prosecco and snacks waiting for us when we arrived! And the location was excellent. The check-in process was easy and overall we absolutely loved staying at the house - would definitely recommend.

The only downside is that you had to go through the shared bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms which made it a little less comfortable, but was not something we couldn't work around. Also, the stairs are quite narrow, but that is to be expected in the area.

The home was cozy and very comfortable with all the amenities. We had everything we needed and then some! Sas and Joeri were excellent hosts and met us the day we arrived. It was very easy to communicate with them.

The location of the bathroom doesn’t allow enough privacy. Bathroom can be used only when there is no one in the second floor bedroom.

Sas has done an amazing job with the restoration and decoration of the house. Excellent taste to the smallest detail! Nothing cheap, nothing boring. Plus, the house is extremely well equipped. The patio is lovely, welcome was lovely, Sas is always willing to help. We really felt at home, we really enjoyed the time we spent in the house.

Not much apart from the mosquitoes breeding in the big pots of rain water on the veranda. Opened the window in the bathroom and mosquitoes came into the bedroom and were attacked as we slept. However, we do understand it’s summer and it’s part of nature.

Nothing - the number of stairs in the house could prove problematic to anyone with mobility problems or young children, but they were no issue for us and what you would expect with a four storey town house

We loved the place but visitors with limited mobility may not enjoy all the stairs. Also the main double bedroom is off the main bathroom (separate door) so you can be trapped in there (whistling loudly) if a guest from the other bedroom is using the bathroom! Not an issue with a bit of sense/timing…

Genuinely exceptional property in great location on quiet semi-pedestrian street by little open square area with bars and with handy local shop 100 yds away. Very quiet inside with no noticeable street noise. Light and bright inside and brilliantly equipped. Owner/manager really helpful with meeting-up and left us a very welcome bottle of wine for our arrival. Main old town is very close and there are some great local shops/cafes etc. Tram stop is 100 yds. Property is on four floors with views out front and back and enjoys sunshine for most of the day into the front rooms. Ground floor: kitchen and dining plus small handy cloakroom toilet and sink. First floor: bright and airy cosy lounge and access out to terrace and outdoor seating. Second floor: main bathroom and main double bedroom. Top floor: twin/double bedroom loft conversion.

It took us a little to get used to the staircase))) it was a lovely experience anyway)))

We were lucky to book this beautiful place to stay at for a short family weekend at Antwerp))) The location, the cleanliness, the terrace, the restaurant recommendations, the comfort level made our stay to be remembered. I loved how the whole place was re-designed with great and delicate touches))). And, my kid absolutely adored the bedroom in the attic. We will definitely be back)))

Everything was perfect. The house is located in a very beautiful street, just next to a lot of great shops, galleries, restaurants and bakeries. The place is very well equipped with everything you need and very beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. It has a very charming terrace where you can have your breakfast in the morning with pastries from the bakery just around the corner. The host is very friendly and helpful and provides a lot of great recommendations and books from Antwerp. All in all I would definitely recommend this place!

We booked Rosier 37 for a discovery weekend Antwerp together with our kids, 8 and 11 years old. The absolute advantages of this lovely house are the unique location in the city center (but still very quiet!!), the tasteful decoration from the hand of owners Sas & Joeri, the ultimate comfort and equipment, the spacious rooms, a lovely terrace for a breakfast in the sun and many more... We'll come back for sure!
