There aren't many restaurants in the neighborhood. The ones that are there aren't open in the afternoon/evening, but that's not really an issue with this place.

Check in was extremely simple. Location close enough to the public transport (12 min to the Metro, but just across the bus station), and quiet enough to get a decent sleep. There is a supermarket at the ground floor and it had extremely good belgian beers for ridiculously low prices. You can buy bread and buns, cheese and salami and enjoy breakfast every morning because you have a fridge in your room.

Maybe a bit more cleanings would have been good but it’s still okay for the price of the room.

Simple and good, it had everything I needed. The grocery store at the ground floor is great plus! In the nearby park there are pubs. The metro station is about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel even is not into the city center is in a quite area 10 minutes by walking to the closest metro station and it has a good price quality ratio. I would recommend for anybody with a medium budget and with kind of nice expectation (not wonderful but it could be a good choice even for a fusy person.

I had many meetings in the European quarter and it takes around 30 minutes to reach the areea from the Roxi Urban Residence. But there are busses and connections to metro. Just takes time to get used to "commute"

The room was very clean. Online Check-in and access to keys smooth even without receptionist. Very quiet in the night. Supermarket in the same building with a variety of products. Price reasonable compared to hotels in Brussels

The problem is the staff are not always available and this can be an issue. The emergency number is useless. If you do get hold of someone, they are great. Out of hours is a no go. It is fine, but just be aware of out-of-hours stuff. This is the case with other hotels that use this operating model.

Location for work is perfect. It is next door. Parking is convenient (paid). The staff are responsive when they are available.

there was no hot water both days I stayed and calling to reception dint go through. So if you need anything you are on your own because there is no other services provided. Instruction to room QR code was not working.

i liked the well equipped kitchen and tv with good closet all in single room, clean room and bathroom , good stay for a person overall. There is a Delhaize right under the building and two restaurant as well. Can take a bus towards Woluwe shopping centre and rodebeek metro also just 1km away. Good calm neighbourhood ,felt calm and safe.

My only minor point was the tap water. It was clean enough, but I felt more comfortable buying bottled water from the Louis Delhaize on the ground floor.

I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room, the staff were excellent and it was lovely and quiet. The kitchenette is also an added bonus and proved to be particularly useful.

My room smelled bad, I asked to change the room, but the second room smelled worse. The sheets were not clean, I found hair, and I complained about it. Cleanliness could be improved, and the mattress should be better protected.

The room was very comfortable. The location is not perfect, but it is well connected with public transportation, The staff was very polite and friendly.

It seems to be more of a student residence that offers some rooms for short term stay.

This is a mix of short term stays and student housing. The room itself is rather small but good lay out and fine for a few nights. The reception is only open until 5 or 6 in the evening. I had issues with my key card after hours and had to make calls and other mess to get a working one. For Brussels and value for money, this place is quite good.

I was charged twice and when I inquired in the reception they don't know what to do. Need to take it up with booking.com (fingers crossed it'll get resolved sooner). No one responds when you message them thru booking.com or the site for "live chat" A bit far from the city center, have to take a bus and metro. The whole floor smells like cooked food (place seem like a student accommodation/dorm so i guess it' expected)

Spacious room with kitchenette and cutlery included A small grocery store on the ground floor which makes it convenient to buy toiletries, food etc. which closes at 8pm.

Just be prepared that it is a little far from the city center, but it's a 10 min casual walk to the metro station that takes you downtown in about 20 min.

Awesome modern place nice comfy room. The ground floor has a co-working station, laundry, a pool table and a shop that is open late by Brussel's standards - 8pm.

Independent living - but they help with cleaning!
    • Leisure trip

Ironically the main issue was that if we didn´t put the "zzz do not disturb" sign up, our room was checked and cleaned (trash thrown out and toilet paper refilled), but we did not leave the room in condition to be entered because we were not aware. But really the staff is too good and too helpful is the worst of it :D

There is everything you need to essentially live there. There is a store (even open on sundays), there is a kitchen in the room, there is a nice bathroom, bed, couch, table. It is essentially a studio apartment and I loved it. We had an accident and needed to do some laundry urgently - you know what's on site - a laundromat! While we waited for the laundry we played some foosball and relaxed in the common area.

The distance from Brussels centre. It was quite far. Had to take a bus to the metro and the metro to Brussels centre. Took about 45 mins. The bus to metro wasn’t frequent and the metro station was a bit too far to walk. Had to take an Uber from metro to the hotel which cost me €8 one way.

The property was very modern, the room was comfortable clean spacious warm cosy and the toilet was clean and modern. There were new kitchen utensils, fridge and a kettle. Minimart was on the ground floor and they had a wide variety of food
