For parking we were advised on arrival to use a car park a little distance away which cost us €10 a day, which in the grand scheme of things wasn’t expensive.

It was perfectly located across the road from the train station, however, you wouldn’t have known. Plus on a couple of 100m from the main town.

The staff was really friendly and always there, if we needed something. In the hotel there are several corners to sit and have a calm time. Parking was no problem even without a reserved spot. I would recommend it.

Unfortunate that we had got the room at the ground floor. In the morning the room was noisy from outside and we cannot shut the window since it was summer and warm weather. And the wifi signal was really poor. Time to time we lost it.

The hotel locate in the good location. We spent around 5 - 10 min by walk to the sea. The bed was clean and comfort. Toilet was also clean.

Nice accomodation far from caos but not far from the beach and the city centre. Near the train and tram station. Small but renovated hotel. Confortable room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Locked room for the luggage free. It's possibile to have dinner and there is a snack and cold drinks vending machine.

I don't know if it was my specific room but unfortunately it was a very very noisy room. i could hear people in the rooms next to me as if they where sitting next to me. And the people walking in the hall was very easily noticeable too.

It was very clean and up to date enough. It was exactly what i expected. The room was pleasant and had a lot of windows, which was nice for ventilation. The bathroom was good too, everything was properly accounted for.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to have tea and or coffee, and some more pillows for the bed, and perhaps a tiny fridge, but all in all the stay was grand.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel has nice facilities for breakfast and dinner, along with a lounge. Their location is very good to get to Brugge quickly if one wants to explore more than Blankenberge.

We felt like the room size is bit cramped.

Very near to the railway station. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very near and clean. It's walkable distance from the beach and the main market.

You can hear walking noise from the upper floor but didn’t bothered us since it was just an overnight stay. We mentioned this to the hotel staff and they said they will check this.

The hotel is nice and clean situated in a quite town. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is good as well.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful but I wasn't aware of the city tax (I believe that should be included on the price on Booking.com as it added 25 euros to our stay), the towels were very small and breakfast was very expensive for a family of 5.

The room was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms next door to each other as requested.

Basic room (n°17) but clean. No safe. Hairdryer only available at front desk. Thin walls. Busy street, next time we'll ask for a room on the other side. Breakfast room very noisy. Very basic breakfast. Value for money.!!?..we've had better. Some ideas: Ask 17€ and add for example fresh orange juice, fresh croissants, coffee machine (=choice of coffee), choice of boiled egg/scrambled egg/sunny side up... We've had the impression that the organization during breakfast was chaotic, that there was not really someone in charge to delegate. We've sensed a lot of stress among the staff.

the receptionist was so nice, the hotel is well located, parking near by if you can’t find a parking lot in the hotel, we got exactly what was listed. it could have more options for breakfast and include the wifi SSID and password somewhere in the room.
