Loved the Pillows hotel in Brussels. I had a disrupted travel day and had to make a very late reservation. I had loved staying at the Pillows in Ghent a year earlier, so when I discovered there was a Pillows in Brussels, and it had availability, I jumped. I was not disappointed! Super comfortable and well-appointed room, amazing breakfast, and the loveliest and friendliest staff. Very close to train station. I very highly recommend!

Very clean and in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the central station. Our room was available from 12pm which was a bonus and the breakfast was beautiful.

Everything was excellent. The staff were marvellous they could not do enough for us. The rooms were clean and had all the things you would need and more. The breakfasts were very good, plenty to choose from and plenty available. We eat lunch, evening meals and frequented the bar the standard of service was outstanding and excellent quality. The reception was exceptional they gave and assisted us with all the information and requirements we needed. Would not look any further than the Pillows City Hotel when staying in Brussels again..

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the floor drain I think but keeping the lights on in the toilet removed this

True to its name, our stay was very comfortable. Its location is close to a lot of major sites to see in Brussels. Beautiful hotel interior, smells amazing, very clean, excellent breakfast, very thoughtful staff. It's so relaxing staying in that you wouldn't want to leave.

There was some minor electrical issues, nothing very disturbing, and dully compensated with the simpathy and professionalism of the staff!

Restaurant closed quite early on a Friday night when we checked in and there was limited room service options available. We walked into town but all we could find was hot chips! Location is convenient to get into the city but also very noisy (church bells felt like they were right outside our window). Found it strange that in the room there were notes encouraging guests to refill water bottles but in the bar (when ordering drinks) we were told they "don't do tap water".

Beautiful modern room with robes and lovely toiletries (in decent sized bottles). Appreciated the complimentary water, ear plugs and welcome chocolates. Staff at reception were very helpful and found us spare umbrellas when they were in short supply on a rainy day. Bed was very comfortable. Heating worked well. Great housekeeping service. Had a really comfortable stay!

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and they were very hospitable. It was a perfectly location, you could get to the main area on foot in 5 minutes but the hotel still managed to be tucked away from the crowds.

View from our window was on someone's small balcony with a big bunch of plastic bags at it (looked not so nice).

Above and beyond our expectations! 5 star treatment from the staff and very nice amenities. Best hotel we stayed so far in Europe this trip. We travelled to Switzerland, Amsterdam, and Paris this time. It was by far the best value, best everything for what we paid! We will be back

We got a great welcome from Reception. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and possibly the best pillows we have ever had in a hotel. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk from the Brussels Central train station and the Cathedral, and 10 minutes or so to the Grand Place. There are lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
