Beautiful old palace converted into a hotel. We stayed in the older part of the building which I highly recommend due to its charm and large rooms.

Small things could be improved: decoration is a bit cliché (same big picture in every room and "diamond tables") and the "all day" food menu is expensive and charmless.

Great bright new place, extremely confortable (beds are fantastic) with very warm and professional staff (and even a nice parking:) Nice bonus: Delicious coffee for free all day!

Beautiful building, really exquisite. Breakfast was great with excellent drink options and the eggs and pancakes prepared on demand by the chef is fantastic! The parking access to the hotel is extremely easy. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The hot water wasn't working on our first night, so it would have been nice if the hotel had offered us something for the inconvenience. The windows facing the busy road (Lange Nieuwstraat) would benefit from being enclosed in another set of modern windows to enhance soundproofing. It sounded like a garbage truck was picking up refuse in the middle of the night on Tuesday, which didn't help us sleep (of course this isn't the hotel's fault, but points to the lack of soundproofing).

Very nicely decorated, modern hotel in a beautiful building. The room was quite large and you could tell that they stay on top of their maintenance work in the rooms; it was in perfect condition. The bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Antwerp is a fairly small city, so the hotel was a short walk from nearly everything. Pleasant staff.

Small points: insufficient staff in hotel restaurant on first night led to delay in service; narrow position of breakfast buffet could not cope with numbers of people accessing on the morning of a major conference; hair drier in room kept turning itself off. Hotel might like to consider these.

During the night it started raining and in front of our room there was a water drain that constantly dripped loudly onto the roof window. In the interest of all upcoming guests: this should be fixed

Modern and big parking house directly below the hotel, warm welcome, very nice design of the hotel, big rooms with comfortable beds, different nice small things like some offered cookies, perfectly located in the city

Well to be honest I found the mini fridge to be disapointing, it didn't reach a cold temperature. The TV as well kept turning on during the night and scared me once 🤣 but this can be resolved by talking to one of the staff.

The spacious room and shower was delightful, the coat hangers available and the toiletries were very handy. The staff always greeted you and offered help, I truly feel like I was looked after during my stay,

I had problems with the temperature regulation. The warming in the bathroom did not work. And truer regulation was unexplained and the box behind the TV (difficult to see)

Most beautiful hotel entrance I've encountered so far. Staff shuffled our room as we specifically asked for a room with a bath, and booked us a nice restaurant. Amazing. Historic details with the diamonds is a lovely touch. Also, the option for parking underneath the hotel is great.

We had an amazing time here, after a nightmare booking at another property we ended up last-minute booking to stay here and we had an incredible visit. The hotel is perfectly situated, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s super clean and very beautiful.

Nice design. Very elegant. Great location. It said only plant based breakfast so we were a bit worried, but they also offered eggs, ham. The breakfast was amazing. Great variety.

Healthy but also very tasty beakfast. Wonderfull athmosphere in a beautiful building and no posh or showing off like in some other 5 star hotels in Antwerp
