This has been a place of choice when I stay in Brussels for some years now. They have big fairly comfortable, good value, well-equipped rooms close to EU institutions. Hot shower, comfortable bed, tea-kettle, fridge, TV - all works fine. This time I had a view to their inner garden (no access), so staying on the ground floor has its bonuses. There is no breakfast option, but I lake to self-cater and this time they also offered a croissant in the morning, nice touch.

Basic hotel that feels a bit like a guest house. It looks like a converted maison de maître rather than a custom built hotel. My room was quite spacious, the interior was basic but perfectly ok with a convenient coffee machine. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

The hotel does not have a restaurant facility. Breakfast however, was still provided by the host: he provided croissants at the reception.

The room was very spacious, with comfortable chairs, big tv and a good bed. Unlimited coffee available in the room. Flexible an facilitating staff that arranged breakfast without having a restaurant.

Rooms are non-smoking but the person working at the reception smokes and the smell penetrates the whole staircase and also goes into the rooms.

Spacious room, with a good desk for work. Nicely renovated bathroom. Very convenient walking distance to Berlaymont and Council premises.

Still not clear why, as travelling couple for a two-night stay you are not entitled to more than two complimentary coffee capsules...Was anyhow immediately fixed upon our request. Same for the empty shower soap. Ultra-minor details that would grant perfection

With just a bit of additional maintenance it can be perfect, for instance the shower head bar was broken and some of the beds in the rooms I've stayed have a couple of broken ribs below the mattress.

Could be warmer inside. The room also had a strange chemical or old smoke smell, not very strong but for those sensitive for smells could be uncomfortable.

The room is big and nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Walking distance (10 min) to metro Schumann.

Could not open the window as room was out onto a main street. Would have benefited from a fan as it was quite warm during my stay. Easy to resolve.

On the first day they're were two tea bags and shampoo provided. These we're sadly not topped up during the stay when the rooms were cleaned.

The rooms are very large and provide a great number of resources and space for people staying staying.

The room was very hot, but a fan was provided that helped. Internet connection a bit weak.

Big and clean room. Close to the EU institutions and and public transport to take you to other parts of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff.
