Very nice and a bit more luxurious atmosphere. The size of the room and bathroom was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception was also very welcoming and friendly. We were sad the hotel wasn't available for our whole stay in Belgium. I can imagine staying at this hotel again. :) + There were a lot of parking possibilities for free.

On arrival the sink was blocked, no one available to clear the blockage that afternoon. Was offered a downgrade room which I refused and managed to limit the use of the sink. The breakfast was a disaster, with my allergy I just asked for a freshly fried egg and that was refused point blank. €20 p.p for a fried egg I did not get made it a very expensive cup of coffee which I also then not chose to have. Walked out and had my eggs& coffee the following days in town at a lovely place called Marcel. The evening meal was good and we enjoyed our get together, found staff at first quite abrupt and in a hurry when we were asked our choices for that evening. In the end staff somehow mellowed and were very accommodating when we wanted to pay each for our own meals. So that made up for service earlier in the evening.

It was easy to get to, good for Parking. Quiet clean room. The evening meal was good but pricey.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Good restaurant. Convenient location for onward travel. It is a regular overnight stop for us between UK and Poland.

Pillows (always pillows) not comfortable enough. No water in the room, no coffee or tea amenities as we normally find on a 4 starts hotel. We did not book a breakfast with our rooms as we thought to go and have it somewhere else but as it was Sunday everything was closed. So we decided to pay for breakfast at the front desk. Although, breakfast was good and had enough options, 20 euros was overpriced as we usually pay between 12 and 15 euros when we stay at other 4 star hotels. I would not rate the hotel a 4 starts but a really good 3 starts.

The hotel would benefit from a little upkeeping of the outside, Our room as was really clean and spacious enough and standard toiletries for a 4 start hotel were present. Located opposite a large shipping center, finding a place to eat was easy and convenient. Good breakfast with several options (see my comments on price below) Friendly staff. Large parking and no issues finding a spot.

It was a problem with closing WC door, and it was not solved quickly due to Easter holiday, but as a bonus we received breakfast for free..

Private parking is available in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The room was clean and adequately big. There is a large mall near by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a loud neighbour who woke us up multiple times when he was having loud phone calls before 7AM and when he returned from breakfast. Perhaps some additional soundproofing can be done.

It's easy to park, the staff manning the reception was very friendly and efficient. The room is comfy.

Elevator is a joke. Prices are too high for the food and drinks. 11 -14 euro for the shot.. Breakfast is poor for 4 stars hotel. Empty bar in the room , not even bottle of water.

Dinner expansive but food was good . Wine is overpriced. Stuff is excellent . Location is also good. Free parking. Close to big shopping mall.

There was no Kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea, and/or a small water bottle. This is pretty basic should be included in our opinion. Some tissues missing from the tissue box in the bathroom (can happen not a big deal). According to our observation the cost of Breakfast was comparatively high for similar facilities and even the drinks were expensive.

Good spacious rooms and a quite area. Enough parking places. All that was listed was available. Additional security with manual engagement to open the door for the customers.

Good restaurant and location. The restaurant is well used by local residents, which shows its quality. Spacious bedrooms. There is plenty of free parking on site. Friendly staff and good service. Very comfortable large bed. We opted for a standard room rather than superior this time. Classic decor and fittings, but clean and well maintained. The only negative was a lack of power sockets. We stayed in the superior room in May. These are recently refurbished and have plenty of power sockets.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, fresh towels every couple of days, toiletries daily refreshed. Massive, comfortable bed. Lots of free parking, also suitable for larger vehicles. Restaurant also good

Pillows are not confortable at all. I would have appreciated if size of towels were a little big bigger. And having a bottle of water in the fridge is the minimal I think.

I really appreciate the size of the room. The mirror behind the sink is really nice. Great TV channels selection. The space outside with fountains is pretty and quiet.
