Room was spacious but did somewhat lack atmosphere. Bed linnen was too short to fully cover the matrass.

Good value for money hotel. Nice hotel lobby and restaurant and breakfast area with attractive sun terrace. Friendly staff.

trying to charge our apple phone was difficult. no usb and our travel plug didn’t connect properly: perhaps our fault but it is supposed to be a business hotel.

comfortable quiet room, large bathroom. breakfast costs 16 euros but it was good if you’re hungry. good shopping centre 5 minutes walk from hotel. the market square with bars and restaurants is a good 20 minute walk.

Our room card did not work twice during one night stay, and the stuff who helped check in was not really friendly and I could see she had a mood or something, but the college who helped us afterwards was really nice. Also, we could not find toothpaste in the bathroom supplies.

The room is very nice and quiet, they nicely provided a bottle of water too. The breakfast was really nice and diverse. The bed is comfortable.

We arrived just before 22:00 and there was absolutely no option to eat anything, not even at the bar which was only serving drinks.

Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable, every movement made the bed crack therefore during sleeping not able to sleep right away.

Friendly staff, dinner and breakfast had a good variety, small fitness room but good enough, enough parking places and on quitte location. Clean bathroom with good variety of soap, cremes and shampoos. Good airco system.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great if you're arriving by car - it's next to the entrance to the town. Plenty of parking spaces.

We did not take breakfast, we had to move early. The location is excellent.

Gym , the fitness center should have some weights, simple dumbles for work out.

Very poor hotel, Deluxe rooms are diabolical, they are small rooms crazy small double bed and old rooms just awful, awful smelly carpet that went out in the 80s Poor restaurant that is extravagantly over priced I had what they call “Tomato soup like your grandmother makes”is how they describe it and it cost 12 euros..well look at picture, clearly Grandmother used to buy packet soup! I then had Goats cheese salad 27 euros, was more like goats cheese and fruit very poor quality goats cheese, shockingly bad Tomatoes, bitter pineapple, bitter strawberry limp lettuce and apart from bitterness all bland, those 2 courses and bottle of water 62 Euros Rainfall chowder was more like a drip…… Awful lighting in room Terrible road noise and noise from terrace drinkers Hard to think of a poorer hotel I have stayed at recently and I stay at plenty 150 nights a year!

Well I booked a Deluxe room god knows how bad a standard room or superior room is! Just look at photo of the deluxe room below! Only good thing is young lady at check in and good parking, the rest is diabolical

Although large, the room was a bit stark, very little decoration and a bit austere. Very few UK tv channels working. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were pretty awful - large square cushion sizes filled with too much foam - the small pieces causing too much heat and a stiff neck. I had to try and change in the middle of the night. The restaurant was OK, but quite expensive.. it would be good if there were a few other options

Plenty of parking and a good location for the industrial areas in Sant NIklaas - only 5 minutes away by car. Reception staff and check in were helpful and pleasant. The room was a great size as was the bathroom.

Although on the website it says soundproof room. I don't think the room was soundproof at all. For a Superior room it was rather small, no water, no coffeemachine and a small TV.

Extremely expensive for what it was. Cupboard room with bed against the wall on it's side, no bed head so pillow falls off! No tea or coffee making facilities either! Absolutely pathetic this isn't included at this extortionate high price

Charged me €50 extra because the check out was at 10:00 but we left at 12:00. Had a birthday party, so ofcourse we sleep a little longer. Let me add to this that i called the staff at 11:45 if i could pay a little more if we could take another one hour to get ready, so leave at 12:45. They said that this is not possible. We should leave the room as soon as possible. So we jumped in our clothes, and went to the reception. Where they said: because you checked out too late, you gotta pay a €50 fine. Thats just straight up robbing 😂 for sure if i could ask to pay a little more to get ready for another hour to shower etc. And then throw me out + let me pay €50 hahaha Remarkable. Booked so many hotels, never had this before. You wont see me again thats for sure.

The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were big and extremely comfy.
