Excellent stay in a ideal location near the EU institutions and just 3 min away walking distance from the metro. Extremely helpful staff. The room had a very nice view to the neighbourhood, it was very clean, spacious, with all the amenities needed. Would definitely go there again once I will revisit Brussels and totally recommended!

Having a wardrobe with only one shelf, right on top.

Good choice for breakfast; having a kettle/cofee maker in the room, a proper desk and windows I could open; helpful & efficient staff; green areas (parks) in the proximity.

The blankets are thick and very warm, for this season it's a problem. The wi-fi was slow. The breakfast is unbelievable expensive, for this category hotels and almost no one of the other clients doesn't order it/we spoke with some of them/

The hotel is OK, clean and close to the subway and few bars and restaurants. The staff and cleanliness was perfect. The rooms are spacey.

The WIFI reception could be better, at least in the second floor where our room was.

My recent stay at this hotel in Brussels was wonderful. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

A bit too far from the historical centre, the streets around it feel a bit too empty at night with no attractions around it, again if you came just to work it’s fine but if you would like to combine business with other pleasure prepare to walk, drive or use public transport. Walls are a bit too thin, I could hear cleaners very early in the morning next door to my room.

The single bed room was rather small (the bathroom was ok though). The breakfast buffet was meager. The hotel is situated pretty far away from the historic city center.

Located next to all the major EU institutions and easily accessible via the Schuman train station. Convenient hotel for business purposes in the EU district.

There is room for improvement as far as breakfast is concerned. I was a little disappointed that juice wasn't fresh with a hint of sugar.

I was unexpectedly selected as a VIP guest of the day and had an upgrade of the room and a little box of chocolate. It was a nice surprise. I stay at this hotel quite frequently because of its excellent location at the heart of the EU quarters and highly recommend it.

The first room I was given needed some furniture repairing, but I was moved to a really nice one.

Personnel is really nice, everyone we met, at reception desks and breakfast. Breakfast is very good, varied, in a really nice area. I was changed to a better room for the second part of my stay, after the first one had some signs of disrepair. Location is excellent, steps away from Schuman train and metro stations, and close to official EU offices. There are many good restaurants in the area.
