Tiny details. A mirror in the room would be good

I stayed for 7 nights. Everything was very clean. I loved the kitchen and living. The room is very simple, but meets its purpose. I was alone so, it was pretty good. The property seems recently remodeled. The location is very convenient—just minutes to metro and train stations. Also, buses go right in front of the property. Also there is a supermarket around the corner.

It was a bit dusty in the room. Probably due to no guests staying there for a while, besides that it was spotless. Also there was no place to put my towel after the shower, could be easily fixed with those hooks you can attach to the door.

There is no trash can in the room, you can hear the noise from other rooms.

Self-service accommodation, clean, new, comfortable in nice surroundings. One of the best beds I've ever slept on. I appreciate coffee and small snacks in the room.

The radiator in my room made some noise in the night but it wasn't a huge problem.

Clean, a good location in EU quarter. Large spacious rooms and the shared bathrooms (shared with 1 other room) were clean.

It calls itself a "Bed & Breakfast", but it's not really that, in the sense of you being served breakfast (at least, that's what it means where I come from, the UK). There's a kitchen and if you buy your own stuff you can make yourself breakfast. Or you can make yourself a free coffee/tea and eat a couple of free pains au chocolat. But to me that's not what is meant by the term "Bed & Breakfast".

I wasn't actually going to the European Commission so being very close to the EC offices wasn't a big draw. But it was close enough to where I was having my meetings. It was 30' by walking and 15' by bus or metro, which was good enough for me.

Only very minor issue was that the water in the shower seemed only luke-warm.

Very quick and easy to access via codes sent on WhatsApp beforehand, complete with images to help - was very efficient. Everything was clean, tidy and smart. Would highly recommend. Would also recommend the pizza place down the road!

Shared bathroom, the heater makes a sounds and was hard to fall asleep.

The bathroom is very small, but it's ok for a short stay

Good location in a pretty area with plenty of parking. The room is big with access to a garden and a living room. Perfect for a short stay.

A bit too cold for me in the room at 18-20 C, for other people can be pleasant.

Perfect location, cozy and clean home, near to European Comission, metro and bus stations, also many restaurants and shops around. Verry nice and welcoming people there. Thank you!

Hot water temperature was on the lower side for my taste, limited supply of towels and tea and coffee in the room. Recommended the host to improve on these few items but I don’t think he appreciated the suggestions.

While arriving I still had no code received from the host. He picked up the phone quite fast, but it needed several attempts to get all necessary information. First code was even the wrong one, I could only enter as luckily the cleaning lady was exiting. Stressed my patience and didn't perceive it professional. Bathrooms are shared, but I was aware due to other comments. Totally fine and clean. Sound isolation is sensitive, so it depends on the other guests. Due to an irregular hammering sound stemming from the heating I didn't sleep well. All in all don't think I'd choose it again, but it was a very reasonable price for Brussels.

The appartment is fine and in a nice neighbourhood.

The room would be a bit more practical if there was a chair and a rack on the wall/door for hanging the towel.

I liked this nice , modern, stylish, clean place. The breakfast was coffee and nice buns, just enough to start the day. It is well situated and instructions for the keys were good. I could go there again. It is not a hotel standard, because of the shared bathroom with the next door guest.
