The hotel was located in a rather seedy, grubby part of town which could well do with imprved work from the local street cleaners if they've got any

The parking space isn't free but it's still a nice to have service since I didn't have to use my car during my visit to Brussels.

The room was quite big for two people, it was clean and the beds were alright. It's worth what you pay for. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It has a good location quite close to the city center (15 min walk). It has parking space onsite.

Room quite small. Didn't have a big enough table for using a laptop. Neighborhood didn't feel quite safe. (Hotel had the security measures in place)

In our room where no sockets near the bed and we did not like the smell of the detergent they used. It is right to a big road so at night you could not only hear cars but also the people staying in the other rooms. I stayed with my boyfriend so it was not a problem but I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to female travellers travelling alone as the surroundings of the hotel are a little rough.

It is a clean hotel, close to Brussels midi train station with friendly staff.

There was a problem with the heating system and also a problem with the hot water. We were a bit cold.

I liked that there was a metro station nearby and that the hotel is relatively close to the city center. I also liked that there was cleaning every day. In addition, the personnel were very polite and helpful.

it was cold in the room and the radiator was turned off by the hotel staff during my absence I was a bit confused when a gentleman asked me for my only room card when I was leaving the hotel, it turned out it was for cleaning.

Fireworks in the street, luckily the police came and it stopped. This was not safe, glad that it was solved.

The team was very nice and helpful. The location is Ok, only 15 minutes walk from ‘grand place’. The area itself where the hotel Is located, is not the best, but is OK. We liked very much the parking which was offered by the hotel so our car could be parked safely (it was 31/12/23 when we were there, so lots of people in Brussels and there were some fireworks in the street, luckily this stopped after 1.30 pm).

There was no water for drinking, the only option was to take the pipe water from the bathroom. there are some issues with the pipes, it was difficult close the shower so it led to a water wastage

Shower wasn't good. Water pressure was bad, water was cold unless max heat but then pressure got even worse.

Only stayed the night. Its fine if you dont plan to stay in the room much. Just needed a bed and shower. It was clean.

Lights were dim in the hallways. Shower was terrible, you had to press a button every 30 seconds to keep the lukewarm water flowing

The street is not that good but we can expect it in a location near by main station.

I saw many bad reviews but my experience was very good. Staffs were very helpful and room was very clean. It’s a small room with basic facilities, but I think it’s ok for the price. Location looks little off , but there are many good restaurants and shops in the street.

The shower needs some renovation.

Good localisation, close to the Old Market and to the train station, where you can also take a direct bus to the Charleroi airport. Comfy bed.
