Super friendly staff, we arrived by car and the staff was already waiting for us outside to prepare to park the car inside. The staff received us super well, the night person spoke our language and was a nice person.

The pictures posted on booking.com are outdated. This hotel is in need of upkeep. The double bed was absolutely horrible; it sank/separated in them middle. It was the worse bed in the 12 cities we stayed in during our European travels. The room was tiny. The hallway was extremely narrow. We could not get the room warm. The shower required you to push in the spigot every 20 seconds to keep the water on (like a hand washing sink). I did not feel completely safe in the hotel or the neighborhood. Fortunately we were just passing through and only spent one night there.

The lady at the desk at checkout was extremely friendly although she did not speak our language, she smiled and did her best to guide us to the train station.

The only thing is that the hotel is in a not so clean area of the city. Yes we were also uncomfortable when we walked though this part of the city to the hotel but honestly don't let that be your reason to not stay in this hotel ! We really had an amazing experience here and would definitely rebook this hotel for a stay in Brüssel ! And trust me after the first "shock" it's not that bad anymore and you can just go your way and explore everything else in Brüssel.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Hotel looks nice from the outside. Inside everything is clean 👍 I loved our double bed, it was really comfortable! Room was small but it worked and we just came for sleep to the hotel. What's especially nice was that the city/ grand-place is in 15 min walking distance! We were walking everyday to our trips. I especially have to say that the staff and owner were so nice, friendly and really helpful ! 🙏❤️

Friendly people and good service. They even gave me a bigger room and didn’t charge extra. Would recommend. Don’t expect the newest facilities but everything worked and the room was clean.

Not impressed with the service. They only provide 1 body towel per person - no hand or face towel - and after getting an extra, the room cleaners did not restock the extra the following days. Cold in the rooms, only a thin duvet, I had to ask for a blanket. Room cleaning was also disappointing, they did not make the beds fully, turned off the radiators and opened the window (when it was below freezing outside!), so when we returned it was freezing cold. Receptionist at check-in didn't speak english.

Clean with comfy beds and basic amenities. A bit further from the center (20-25 minute walk) but good proximity to Midi station (10-15 minute walk).

Staff seems to be under the effects of drugs. They don't answer the phone and didn't accept me for check in. Staff extremely rude and impolite. The location is also dangereous

My room was very cold and there was no air conditioning or heating to raise the temperature. There was no free Wi-Fi in the hotel. The bathroom was cold, there was no soap or enough towels. The shower was broken and I could not turn it off, so I had to wait and it turned off on its own after 20mins.

It was a clean and spacious room. The staff was polite but didn't have all the amenities to serve my needs.

There was no wifi password provided in the room (I had to ask for it), neither cleaning hours or "do not disturb" sign to use. The people at reception don't speak English fluently and it was not possible for me to explain that one of the windows was not closing properly.

It would have been good to have beverage making facility in the room. The table was not particularly spacious.I have had slightly better provisions with similar price elsewhere.

The price! I was travelling on a tight budget and hadn’t planned to spend a night in the centre of a capital city. However, I guess the price was average for the area.

I booked only about 20 minutes before checking in, at about 11pm, after disruption on German railways caused me to miss the last Eurostar from Bruxelles-Midi. The couple staffing reception were very helpful. My room was absolutely fine, old fashioned but clean and comfortable. The streets immediately round the hotel were peaceful, but I was glad I had decided to take a taxi from Bruxelles-Midi - the area round the station is very crowded and noisy, and as an elderly woman on her own with a large suitcase I was obviously vulnerable. I checked out early; the lady who had been so concerned the previous night accompanied me into the street to make sure I knew how to get back to the station, so kind! The walk to the station was about ten minutes through quiet streets.

The reception staff were really friendly and let us check in early which was really helpful. A great budget hotel - very clean, good soundproofing from the street and everything working well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable budget hotel.

Very scruffy outside, lots of rubbish everywhere. TV in room didn't work, pillows were rubbish, no plug in bath.

The description in the website said it has electric kettle in the room, but indeed no. The staff can only provide you hot water upon request. And the WiFi is not working in the evening. The worst is someone enter my room in early morning with his/her key card. (Maybe it is cleaner but I make me feel very unsecured)

But we never expected that shabby location. Its on conjusted road. our car starched immediately on stopping for family to get down. there was sort of hooligan activities, where person was beaten up till he bleeded in front of kids. we were actually scared. I was our mistake should have checked location on google maps.

It is near from city centre. you reach Manneken Pis in hardly 10 mins by taxi.

Wi-fi did not work. When we complained, we were told it could be because of too many people using simultaneously. No hand-shower in the bathroom. Water was barely warm in the shower. Small room for 3 beds. No (dining) table. Old-model TV. We couldn't connect our USB drive.

Located at a walkable distance from the Midi/Zuid station. Friendly staff.
