Very noisy due to the windows not that great

The property wasn’t fully clean when we arrived and the lift didn’t have a light/ smelt like urine.

Apartment for 4 people but only a 2 seater settee. Only other seating is around the table. The two ensuite bedrooms don't have toilets and there is only one toilet in apartment. Description didn't make it clear that ensuites had no toilets. Some maintenance issues needing attention, lights & bathroom radiators not working. Showers are leaking and broken. Hand-held shower over bath is not good for this standard of accommodation. Probably the smallest, thinnest pillows I've ever seen!

The apartment is spacious and was warm during a very cold spell. It's in a good location.

The light in the elevator did no work. The lights above both bathroom mirrors did not work, so it was very dark in both bathrooms. We informed them of the problems, and they responded that they would repair. Nobody came to fix the lights during the 3 days we were there. Nothing worse than promising something several times and not doing anything. It shows that they don’t care. We will not come back.

Location. We could store our luggage in the office before checkin so we could explore Brussels.

The lift wasn't working (we had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor) and there was a party going on below us.

The light in the WC did not work so we had to leave the light in the hallway on to go to the bathroom. There was an elevator but it did not work and we were on the 5th floor so it meant a lot of walking and then we were not able to cool off because the place was so hot. The patio had a table and 3 chairs, one was broken.

The location was amazing. It was walking distance from the train station and to all the tours we went on. The beds were comfortable and having our own shower was nice.

Very dark, not enough lighting in the apartment, especially in the bathroom. The location is perfect, right at the center, but it also meant a lot of noise and loud music until the middle of the night.

Size of the apartment was huge! Lots of space, very convenient. Perfect location. Didn't have any issues with the code.

No light at all. There were two lights that didn't work at all, one of them was in the toilet! We has to use the phone for flashlight. The location is wonderful but super noisy from outside... It took ages to fall asleep.

Unfortunately, the codes for entry did not work and the person at the phone number for almost an hour did not answer what the new, correct code would be so we waited at the door. After entering it turned out that the stove does not work with heat water which was repaired after two days and despite the fact that through booking.com We received a response from the owner of the apartment That for the inconvenience will refund us 30% of the amount of stay paid, even though a month has passed since the trip he still did not do it and probably hopes that we will forget because even booking.com can not help anything here too much

The staff was terrible. I asked for another set of clean towels, as they prepared for one person only. I wrote a message, called the service line, but they explained it’s all my fault cause I didn’t indicate I’ll be sharing the apart with a friend. Don’t understand why would I book a two-bedroom accommodation and be expected I’ll be alone. In any case, they never provided additional towels, never called back. Further, there were stains in the wall everywhere which made it all look super cheap and scruffy.

The location was great. The apartment is specious, but not everyone’s style.

Many things were not well maintained, the lock on the front door was broken, there were weird stains on the couch. The instructions for the microwave were for the wrong unit and the welcome book was dirty (it had food/drinks spilled on the pages)

Location and size of the unit were very nice. It was also freshly cleaned. It came with extra towels which was nice.

One problem is check-in, no one answer the phone or whatsapp, there is no chances to contact property, and in random time you’ll get sms with description how to enter the apartment. I was explaining people on the street who can’t come inside how to use their codes. so if you are not good with code lockers, don’t.

Amazing property in great location, everything what you may need except kettle and wash machine.

The elevator was broken for all days being there so we need to climb to 6th floor. The sofa bed was broken and floor in the kitchen was sticky. Also the smell of cigaretes was in the main room. Not suitable for families with small chidren,

Service and overall comfort from staying here was sub-par. 1. When we arrived at the lounge to drop our staff told us that our flat is ready (earlier than planned), but when we entered it - it became clear that it wasn't cleaned yet. Not a big deal since we planned to checkin later but that was quite a rollercoaster for our expectations - from "wow, that's nice" to "doesn't feel good anymore". 2. There are quite strict waste sorting rules in Belgium which require using differently colored trash bags for different types of garbage but those bags weren't provided - we just sorted our garbage in black and white trash bags which were present in the property. Of course we could buy some but buying such supplies for a 6-day stay doesn't seem practical. 3. Though everything in the property was in working condition, it was still kind of shabby - scratched floors and walls, water stains on bathroom walls etc. 4. There is a thermostat in the property which owners to not recommend setting to above 25 deg Celsius but by default it was set to 22 and the first thing I did every morning was going to the thermostat and setting it to 24-25 to everything up a little before breakfast. Also bathroom heated towel rail was linked to the thermostat so it was a little bit difficult to dry our clothes. Also street door was a little bit difficult to open at times - we got a little bit nervous first time.

Nice location, kitchen and bathroom equipment, using keycodes was quite comfortable. One side window view was nice too. It was quite clean here. There is a nice lounge nearby where you can stop by to work for a little, get some coffee or drop your luggage.

There was no light in the bathroom which was really dark when you used it. There were no hot water in the shower. The unit itself has no heater, good thing the comforter were too comfty to keep us warm for the whole night.

The flat is located at the city center which made it accessible to transpo, restos, cafes and groceries.

We were put in a flat with broken light bulbs, lack of towels, very thin pillows, lack of amenities and general maintenance which we had contacted them about continously with no reply. The place itself was very dissapointing as it was nothing like the pictures on booking.com and their website depict, apart from the fact that the floor, bathroom, cups and plates were dirty. We ended up cleaning everything before using, on their behalf. We had issues throughout our stay, starting from check-in where misunderstandings between the staff led to us having to walk back to the lounge in order to get access to the flat as the code was not working, after a telephone conversation with a very ill mannered representative of theirs who kept insisting that we were either in the wrong flats or early. The lights in the bathroom, which were not working, were not fixed throughout our stay, which was of 6 nights, meaning that they had ample time to address this if you really wanted to. One of the lights in the kitchen was also not working, leading to us having to cook and work in the dark. The sofa bed, which one of us was expected to sleep on was dirty and uncomfortable, with evident stains on it, meaning that three of us had to make use of the same bed, which was obviously not comfortable nor ideal.The website of the accomodation advertises that they offer additional towels for stays over 5 nights, however upon requesting this, they asked us to pay 5 euros per towel. Furthermore, the dishwasher malfunctioned and started leaking, water and soap filled up the floor, and we had to clean it all up ourselves. Lastly, when we went to drop off our luggage at the lounge, we were told (with no prior notice) that it was going to close and we had to find another place to keep them for the day, again pointing to a completely disorganised and unacceptable service on your end as this disrupted our plans entirely for the day since our flight was late at night.

I was informed about two hours before my check in that we would have to move to a different apartment than the one I had booked. The check in process was not smooth at all; the codes that were sent to me were not working and I had to reach out to the support team. The apartment was smelly with lots of shoddy repairs here and there, the bathroom light wasn’t working, nor was the washing machine. The WC room was extremely small with a broken toilet lid, a complete joke
