The carpet in the room looked horrendous. It was vacuumed, however it looked very very rough. There were cigarette burns in it, loads of stains, paint remainings, etc. Kindq felt quite nasty walking on it without shoes.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. There is a shuttle bus driving to the airport, free of charge, every 25 mins from 4:25 AM, which is great. The rooms and the restroom are nothing to write home about, but everything is clean and working properly. The bed and the pillows are unexpectedly comfortable, which is rather important.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Helpful host. Good location, close to the airport. They offered us a transfer to the airport at the desired time. I recommend this accommodation especially if you need to get to the airport quickly.

Because of the fact that most of the people that are staying at the hotel have early flights, it's getting a little bit noisier in the morning when the customers are leaving to the airport, but this is something understandable.

The room was really clean, the bed was confortable. Even if the hotel is far away from the aiport to walk, there is the possibility of free shuttle from and to the airport (it takes around 10 min by car).

Because the hotel is situated in a small village, there are not a lot of options to get dinner and I ended up buying a Pizza from a take away. It is ok for one night but if I was staying longer it would not be that great. Too many big furniture in the room makes it awkward to reach the bathroom if you are not skinny. Also, it would be nice to be able to turn the light off from the bed.

I was sent a very good document with directions containing photos to get to the free shuttle meeting point. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport but is situated in a small village and it is like being in the middle of the countryside. The staff was very friendly and although there was no coffee/tea in the bedroom, they had set up a common coffee area where it was possible to buy snacks and coffee/tea. The coffee was provided via a coffee machine using real grains and it is the best coffee I have ever had in any other hotel I went to.

Nice hotel close to the airport. You reach at the airport in 10-15 minutes with airport shuttle offered for free. The room was great, big and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful with direction for the shuttle pick up.

Very team at the hotel were very helpful, polite and professional. Would highly recommend as a pre-flight hotel to anyone using Charleroi Airport. The shuttle bus was a short drive away and on time.

Unfortunately there was a couple in the floor below who were still talking and shouting at 2.00 am and I had a 4:45 shuttle. I would say this was not the norm (everyone else was completely quiet) but as reception is closed at night there was nobody to address the issue.

Very reasonably priced, free transfer to the airport and a warm welcome. Particularly as they gave me cash for my taxi as it wouldn’t accept a credit card. The facilities are basic but bright, clean and comfortable and include complimentary water.

In my opinion the only disadvantage is that it's in the middle of nowhere. In the proximity there is only a small store (thankfully open on Sundays), no coffeehouse or restaurant to eat something.

Great place to stay for one night near the airport. I'm thankful for the staff that drove me to and from the airport outside of their usual working hours. The place is also clean and comfortable. I was offered tea and coffee at any time which was nice.

As always a bit too warm in the rooms but suddenly after so many years the parking is against payment after 3 days . The price for the shuttle to get into the airport parking has decreased in the meantime. 5€ a day per car is excessive versus a a one or two time 2 € entrance fee. I have been doubting before booking. Next time I will do a better calculation…
