The floor could do with a vanish and the room was quite musty. A bit of aeration before guest arrival would have done the trick

The communication with the hotel was pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean bedding and towels as well. The bed was very comfortable. Suitable for a night or two just before going to the airport.

Water was not going down the bathroom drain and it was really annoying for me The room was too small It was warm inside the room during night and I really suffered from mosquito bites after opening the window

getting to the hotel by public transport was a bit tricky (metro + bus from Charleroi center) but l guess that goes for all the near-airport hotels and shouldn't even count as a disadvantage, just be prepared to google your route and timetables :)

Property sent very clear instructions on where to meet the shuttle at the airport but informing the motel of my arrival was a little more challenging. Was good for an overnight stay ahead of an early morning flight.

Although we were able to get the free airport transfer, we have been told in advance that it was not possible after 12.30. So this can cause problems if you happen to have a delay with your plane. Also, there was a light problem in the room but it was solved. Lastly, sound isolation could be better.

The airport shuttle worked really well. The staff was amazing as well. There was a problem with the light in our room (it was constantly opening and closing) but the staff handled it.

It would be great to have more food choice for the pay-per-piece breakfast.

I think it’s a great offer to provide short-term parking with the room, just perfect for early-morning or late-night flights. The staff is truly amazing, we really appreciated the availability, flexibility and kindness of the team!

Basic room, but very clean, and with everything needed, ideal location for early flight from Charleroi, free parking till return flight and free shuttle to the airport. Friendly people at reception and very good suggestion from staff about evening meal at italian restaurant with excellent food not far from hotel. Much better than we did expected.

We booked 1 night here because we had an early flight from airport charleroi. We enjoyed the parking and shuttle included in the price. We liked the fast check in. It was great to have netflix included. There was a soft and hard pillow so you could choose. Enjoyed our stay

Everything went very well. Jeremy and other staff members made me feel welcome and provided outstanding transportation to-from Charleroi Airport (CRL). I was also pleased with the two restaurants that were available nearby. I used the small convenience store across the street to pick up some snacks. It's a great place to stay, and they provided parking at no charge for my rental car.
