Shower valve detached and so did towel rail. Shower head is partially blocked. Some of the electrical sockets in the bedroom did not work.

No coat/ clothes hanger, no mirror in second bathroom/ bedroom. Would have been amazing if there was a washer/dryer

Amazing location literally 5m walk away from Grand Place, bright and spacious with huge windows. We also appreciated the smart TV. The asian supermarket next door was also super convenient.

The host was amazing! They’ve let us have an earlier checkin, because they had the availability. We travelled with a toddler so it was a life saver. Amazing location! Beautiful and clean apartment. Loved our stay! Would book again!

The only thing is you can hear the noise from outside. And if someone is renting above you, you can hear them walking around. But after a long day of walking around the city and having wonderful ramen from the downstairs restaurant sleep should be no problem.

The apartment is quite spacious with lots of cabinets and storage. There is a wall divider inbetween the two rooms and the kitchen is big. You can people watch from the windows. Everything is clean and organized. The wifi was great.

One of the window blinds were broken and a huge window can’t be closed for privacy in the living area. There’s a loud sound coming from the bathroom heater but it turns on and off (mostly off). Also, we had two strollers for our kids and the elevator was tiny. We always have to take two trips.

The location is superb. Walking distance to a lot of points of interest within the city. A short 5 minute walk to the grand place. The unit itself is huge. Lots of space for my toddler to run around and play. All the appliance and kitchen essentials were there. The manager responds so fast to requests which is a plus. Our fam enjoyed our stay.

Two suggestions - install a safe, always useful for travelers. Also, provide instructions for the heating, it was a bit confusing in the beginning to get it right. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. Well appointed, very good facilities, ample kitchen. Good for short or medium term stays. Central location, easy access, safe and quiet building.

Lovely apartment in great location! I traveled for work with my elderly mother and toddler and it was a great choice! Very clean and thoughtful choice of amenities available in the apartment. It's a little tricky to find at first - excellent security with key codes on outside and inside doors. (There are very narrow steps up to the second floor bedroom so please consider that if you have anyone with mobility issues). Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The duplex top level is not for adult. We need to bend walking, not able to stand straight up.

The location is perfect. Just around the corner from metro, and walking distance to most of tourist attraction in city centre.

The upstairs loft is awkward to stand in given the sloping ceilings. Even though there is an elevator to the apartment, there is another flight of stairs upon entering the front door, and yet another to reach the upstairs loft. This was not clear in the description and would be good to know for those with any mobility issues. Also the loft has no counter space at all, including the bathroom. There is a small table however. Limited cooking utensils, knives, etc but kitchen is gorgeous. No laundry in this building. Street out front is torn up so it is uneven gravel all around; when this construction is done it will be fabulous.

Loved this large, modern apartment with spacious living room and excellent location. Loved the espresso machine, large windows and wonderful bathrooms. Elevator and A/C were great bonuses. There is a large dining table for 8 and lots of space. Place was immaculate.

No fault of the property but there was active construction at the site which made it noisy in the mornings and made entry and exit a bit difficult.

We paid a higher price than usual and that's the only thing we found negative . Also a photo to identify the entrance door once we reach the check in date will help

Excellent location. Really spacious apartments with access to everything at 5 mins! Try out the Excellent food joints right behind the building e.g. Charli or Nona. The quality of interiors and upholstery makes you feel right at home and is something our family loved. Really great for families of 4 to 5 people.
