Absolutely nothing.

Brilliant find. The property is absolutely immaculate with every tech convenience you could imagine. Electric curtains, blinds, auto bathroom lights, brilliant big shower and even a Japanese toilet. Fantastically comfortable massive bed with air con also and really close to the town centre. Breakfast perfect and the lady that runs the place is absolutely lovely. Can’t wait for the next stay there.

Nothing at all - you can’t improve on perfection.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel, one of the best we have stayed in. From the kindness shown when we enquired about an early check-in through to the incredible breakfast, we were blown away by this hotel. We were made so welcome and the host couldn’t have been more helpful, even selling me some stamps and offering to post my cards. The building has been restored to the highest standard and the quality of the fixtures and fittings is exceptional. There is real attention to detail in everything and so many little touches that make it a very special place. The location could not be better to explore Ypres and the secure parking was important to us given we had travelled by motorbikes. We would only ever now stay at this hotel should we come back to the area. In fact we are now planning our next visit just so we can stay here again.

This is a superb B&B - the host Veerle is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was fabulous - spacious and very stylish. Breakfast was wonderful- a lovely array of food. And the location is perfect. Within moments of all the main attractions.

Parking at the hotel is 15 euros per day extra which we didn’t know til we arrived but there is free parking a couple of streets away

This hotel was in a perfect location very close to the Cloth Hall & centre of Ypres, we had a beautiful room with the a view of Sf George’s Church. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house, lovely ambience, charming and helpful hosts. On arrival, I had a COPD flare up, so the parking and elevator were a very welcome bonus. An excellent breakfast completed a great stay.

The Host was very welcoming and warm. the room was exceptional. The breakfast was a very high quality and there was plenty of it. Especially like the champagne offered with breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Excellent facilities in the room with a giant TV with Netflix.

This is an exceptional small hotel where attention to detail is exquisite. The rooms are of the highest quality with comfortable beds. Breakfast is a joy and lacks for nothing. The host is a wonderful lady who is most helpful and sets a tranquil atmosphere

The house was amazing! The decoration is so beautiful, and the room we were in is very large, comfortable bed, em suite fantastic. Breakfast - home made pancakes were on the menu! Not to mention a vast choice of fruit and cereals.

The Hotel is just beautiful - Location brilliant. The whole Hotel has been restored with such a wonderful level of detail and taste - it is just beautiful. Our room - the safe - was build with such a high dedication to details - just wonderful. The hotel is right in the middle of the town. Breakfast was brilliant. We have really been in high class hotels, but this one has its own wonderful style. Many thanks for this nice stay !
