Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

First of all, the entire complex with the room + terrace, kitchen and bathroom all were fresh & unparalleled clean with an amazing view from the terrace. Secondly, as a host Nicolas was so approachable with the questions where safely could be parked, hair drier brought in, the last but not least the helpful with the laundry. NetherlandsFrom my personal oppinion for room 2, location of this place has not with the relaxing predisposition. The Apartment is situated on hill side under a hospital with high traffic road which create in room with closed windows noteable noise, but when you open windows I was almost not able hear my wife , when she talk in room. On this place is not even one minute quiet from traffic.Due to this, In summer windows cannot be open durig spending time in room or slepping, room is not climatized(hope it will be in future). It contains medium size fan. But when this is not problem for somebody I really recomanded this place, near by some attractions and city centrum.
Nicely renovated room with small kitchen. Everything functional and clean. It was nice and good expirience.

SwitzerlandI think they are still working on the hotel infrastructure, but everything worked very well, os it is just optics. I would have liked to have an additional, bigger waste bin and a large mirror in the room. But we managed without. The terrace has no railing, be careful with childeren!

United KingdomBusy road but we were at back of house which was lovely and quiet with lovely views of mature trees, and access to roof terrace. Shared kitchen would need to have agreed times to use if other room occupied as very small. Luckily we had it to ourselves. House on very steep hill.

NetherlandsWith the time, some household goods from the famous Swedish designer :-) in the bedroom could be replaced by some more qualitative ones (i.e. hanging wardrobe, coat rack).
After a warm welcome from the owner, we discovered a renovated and clean bedroom with Italian shower. This bedroom (number 1) is looking onto the garden which conferred it quietness during the night. The possibility to park the car close by for free is an added value in Liege. Due to the closeness with the hospital, the location is also deserved by public transport (bus). Several small shops (bakeries) are available close by, as well as a small supermarket within the hospital quarter. Being located on top of the "Montagne Sainte Walburge", access the famous stairway "Montagne de Bueren" is nearby and the location is also a good point to start walks along the "Coteaux". The accommodation proposes only two rental bedrooms, therefore the sharing of the kitchen (one level down) is not a real issue.

BelgiumThere is zero soundproofing. The apartment located at the front of the house is horribly noisy. It's like you're living on the street. At least every minute a moped or a car races by and it feels like they're driving next to your bed The host should provide earplugs. Luckily I had earplugs with me so I could sleep. Around the windows there is mold everywhere. And the windows are difficult to open and close.
The apartment looked really great and had all facilities. The shared kitchen is practical and clean.

United KingdomDifficult to find the address. Parking was not easy to find as expected but is free. No cattle in the room making us to go down to kitchen every time to get something, the stairs seems dangerous with no handle it was scary to go upstairs to the room specially with luggage.
Very helpful staff, very easy to contact through messages. The room was nice despite no much appliances in it.

GreeceThe rooms were not soundproof. We could not sleep the whole night because of noise from every single car passing by. Closing all the windows did not make any difference, as it sounded like we were next to the cars.
The location was good, very close to the center.the room was spotless. Parking is easily available.
