Everything was perfect, starting from the check-in till check-out. The room was with the garden view and we totally loved it. The breakfast was served in the dinning area and it was very generous. The location of the hotel is 5-10 min apart from the city center, but if you choose to walk you can enjoy a great view of the neighborhood which is very authentic. In addition, the host was very nice and communicative with us, offering any kind of information and history details about the city. I would totally come back on my next visit to Brugge and I strongly recommend it.

The room was very clean and a good size for two people. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked well. The free breakfast was amazing!! fruit, fresh squeezed juice, hard boiled egg, cheese, ham, yogurt, a lot of bread, coffee. I was blown away. The breakfast room felt so luxurious too :) The employees I interacted with were very friendly! I highly recommend.

It was pleasant all around. Maybe a bit of a walk to the center of town but the canal walk was pleasant!

The staff were all wonderful. They patiently answered questions and spoke German, French, English and Flemish proficiently!

This hotel is so perfect in a lot of ways. Firstly the hosts are so accommodating especially as we took our 91 yr old mother. The breakfast was outstanding and accommodation spotlessly clean. Would definitely Return

For the price we paid, the room we had could use some updating. The hair dryer was mounted on the wall and may have been installed in the 1970s. (These touches were minor as the rest of the property was very nice.)

The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice.

There was no bar, but a friendly local bar is a two minute walk from the hotel - we recommend Zot beer!

Very welcoming and attentive staff, the canal view room was comfortable and the location is ideal, only ten minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was fantastic. Private parking in a nearby block of garages was convenient too.

The location of this hotel was just in the right place. It offered the serenity of a beautiful regional town while remaining close to the main touristic attractions (15 to 20 mins walk to the town centre). Also it was right in front of the Canal where you can stroll and take some lovely pictures. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony door. The breakfast served at the hotel was simply delicious. They were prepared with fresh ingredients early in the morning and served to the guests in a dining hall that was quite pretty. My wife said she had the best bread ever. The service was also very good and we highly recommend this hotel.
