First floor apartment great views, modern, comfortable and peaceful.

There are 2 rooms. One small (parents) and one smaller (kids). Travelling with 4 adults, this was a (small) challenge. Bathroom is on the smaller side. Only 1 sink but with a nicu rainshower. Not easy to put towels to dry. A dry-rack would have been easy. Tilff is closeby, however not within walking distance due to busy road to take.

Very nice appartment. Looks brand new. Well equiped. We got a bottle of bubbles at arrival as well as 2 small bottles of water. Large kitchen. Nice terrace with chairs and table. Quiet location, outside of Tilff

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The location was idyllic, private and very quiet. Perfect to wind down after a long day/week of work. It has all necessary utensils to cook and make yourself at home & is very close to a really sweet and authentic supermarket. We would love to come back if ever in that area again. 100% would further recommend.

There is no curtain in the bathroom to take a shower. This is really the only thing we missed since we are more shower than bath people.

We got a very nice apartment. The apartment is really cozy and inviting, we didn't want to leave the apartment. The hosts took care of light refreshments and left us wine and cookies. We really enjoyed the apartment, it was very clean. We will definitely come back to stay again. Perfect apartment!!!

I was surprised to see the gardener only a few feet away while I was sunbathing :p. We really disliked the ‘perfume’ used in the kitchen. We placed it outside near the front door and even then it kept stinking while being on the terras. Eventually we placed it on our parking spot :). We couldn’t find the manuals of the kitchen equipments, heating, cooling,…, we missed information about the area, history, nice places, walks, the opening hours of the ‘office du tourisme’, breakfast services nearby, restaurants,… The only book present and shown on the coffee table was about hunting wild animals?! Personally I found it distasteful and shocking. But easily tucked away :) Enough nitpicking, we really enjoyed the appartement, location,…

We stayed on one of the ground floor appartements (Cosy). It’s a nice modern appartement with luxurious shower, kitchen, beds,… all according to the photo’s (and more). We enjoyed the covered terrace during the hot days and during the rain. Enough storage space even for longer stays. The appartement temperature was about 25 - 26°C during a few very hot days (>30°) remarkable with those lovely large windows all around the living spaces. The bedrooms have insect screens. Good location, easy access to ‘Rue des Messes’ to walk to the center of Tilff (with train station) and to grocery shops,… Short walks in the woods starting very close to the appartement. In this residence privacy of all other residents and renters is high priority. Which means all residents and renters need to stay on their own terras and are not allowed on the grass. No problem for us, we like our privacy. We were welcomed with a nice bottle and some cookies. Bed sheets and towels were included. We opened the door using a code we received. We liked it not needing to socialise with the owner or receptionist.

We loved everything.

The house is super modern and really well decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The house was super clean. We also loved the location of the house, in the middle of the nature but walking distante from Tilff city center, where you can find a lot of nice restaurants.

This is my worst experience of my life. The hospitality was extremely low quality with a genuinely unreliable owner that I have never met. All of heating system switch had disfunction. I explained this situation after checking in but the owner could not understand the problem. He just advised turning switches on and wait although the switches did not work at all. it was so cold day with 7-8 degree celsius outside in autumn so that the room temperature was so cold around 10-12 degree celsius. Our child was FREEZING. In parallel with claiming to fixing the switches, we had to boil water to manually get higher room temperature for 4-5 hours (which could not perfectly affect but we could make only living room temperature warmer from 10 to 20 degree celsius although it was still cold and bed rooms are still 10-12 degrees). As a result of claiming with spending couple of hours after check in, the owner finally understood the situation and had staff come to try to fix the problem. Then switches of heating system were turned on; HOWEVER, the staff advised that there were “only floor heating here” so that it takes a couple of hours for get heating. It was around 8:30pm so we waited for 90mins to get warm; but, as a matter of fact, the room temperature was getting lower given that outside temperature was too could (vs floor heating effect). Our son was freezing even though it was late night and definitely impossible to go to bed. We had to alternatively find other hotel to get a sleep (and to avoid to get sick). Therefore we left this accommodation before sleeping and claim for the refund because it was impossible to get a sleep. However, the owner was declined our request of the refund from the reason that they fixed the switches of heating system. I believe that the issue of cold room temperature was not solved even at late night. It was impossible to get sleep in such cold bedroom for sure. We paid double cost for one night - this is worst experience in my life.
