I didn't see anyone working there, I would have appreciated human interaction (as my first night I was by myself in a 4 people room, it was great but I would have appreciated some feedback) Also the dining room door sometimes did not open with the key

After booking you are getting bombarded with numerous WhatsApp messages and are pushed to install apps on your phone (for a hostel stay...). You can use an electronic check-in terminal without any apps though, which is semi-intuitive. A normal check-in at the reception with real staff is possible in theory, but the opening hours of the reception are worse than that of a post office...

The kiosk check in machine is bad location which is front of the main gates, when i use it in late evening check on, the inside people can't look me at out side and push the door, this cause me fall down. Very bad image 😞

The check-in system is a bit cumbersome. I managed it, but ended up helping several co-travellers in their attempts to retrieve the entry codes and app. The sound insulation is not very good - one can hear all discussions from the surrounding rooms, which especially at night can be a bit disturbing. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Both the rooms and the common areas were kept clean. Everything was functional and made with a good taste.

The automatic light in the bedroom. Quite annoying to have a flash light when you wanna go to the toilet or come back late at night.

Location, online check-in, a late check-out was available, and the elevator would need a room key to go up. Also, I needed to rent a towel when the reception was closed and the nocturnal manager was very helpful in providing the towel.

Machine fir check in was outside, rains and wind and also nobody cares about my phone's, it's classic. Later I check in with help of smoking guy outside. Maybe better explain, what we need F.E. number of reservation etc. Hard to everything finding during procédure outside on the sidewalk...

Very good concept, "do it yourself" check in, should be good, should be bad in rainy windy wheater, machine for check in is out on the street, in the evening or night a bit uncomfy. Good bar and restaurant with stylish decoration and atmosphere. Wash machine, luggage room a little u usual in wet basement, maybe better use railway station lockers. Good stylish corridors and room with bathroom, a little small but not horrible also full. (4 people) Good location close opera and cca 1 km from central railroad station Antwerpen. Close the center ..

The kitchen open time is 8am. I wish it would be earlier and a little bit later to close. The bed heights in bunk bed. I am at the lower bunk and can't sit up right because my head is hitting already the top bed. The main door is difficult to acces using the magnetic card provided. I have tested it many times but it doesn't work easily, there is no staff at the evening. So, it is difficult for me to go around late at night and even early in the morning.

I like the well equipped shared kitchen, it has oven,microwaves, cooking and eating utensils. The security of elevators and rooms. I love how very near the tourist spot, the grocery stores just 2 to 3 blocks away even fast food and restaurants. It is just 1 block away from the main Bus station and even the Main Train station. Because of the walking distance of tourist place... you could simply take pictures at early morning and even at night time. To see the Sunrise and Sunset. The room that I had, is suddenly having a watery substance from the floor even though it is carpeted, but the staff is very responsive to the problems that we had complained about. The bathroom is nice because of the exhaust fan so that it wouldn't be too smelly. They provided also toilet papers. I like the lights in each bedside and also the charger socket.

They close the "common room" at around 11 pm. not very comfortable if you plan to do some work/meeting for different time zones.
