The beds were awfully uncomfortable and there weren't any usb chargers or connectors by the beds. Also no curtains on the beds. The bathroom inside the room was very uncomfortable. When you used the sink it was impossible to not splash everywhere because it is small.

The staff was truly nice, very kind and helping.

In the dormitory room, there was no way to charge devices at the top of the bunk bed.

It is fully self-service, you can check in before your arrival by filling out the appropriate form and installing the application. Thanks to this, we do not need any key or wait unnecessarily for service. The room was clean and tidy. Each guest was provided with bedding, pillowcases, a sheet and a towel. Bathroom in very good condition. There is a lamp next to the bed. The room also had lockers that could be locked with your own padlock.

My partner and I found the mattress really bad, it was super soft to the degree both of our backs were hurting in the morning. During the night when one of us was changing position the other person was bouncing too which was super annoying. There was also noise from the street (we heard at least 3-4 times the sirene of the police and/or ambulance) and from the corridors outside. It was okay for 1 night but I wouldn't stay for longer.

I liked the location of the hostel, very close to the train station and not too far away from the city center. The check-in process via the app was good. At some point we needed a hairdryer and had to go to the reception to pick one up but everyone was very helpful.

The beds should have a curtain for more privacy. Cabinets can be bigger to better fit the luggage. The kitchen and living room should open until later to allow guests more time to do things. It was a little difficult to follow the check-in directions.

The key card on the app didn't work on the lift, and I accidentally checked out too early on it. I had to phone the out of office number and the manager was very helpful and saved the day.

The building was easy to access. The room & the bathroom was clean and tidy, and had fresh linen ready. The location is perfect, next to the Central Station and metro..

Bunk beds aren't that high to be able to sit on bottom bed so I hit my head many times Checkin online - requires a lot of sensitive data - but there is no enough security technology provided - on the other hand there is a option to checkin on the reception during working hours (limited time) Kitchten to be perfect need labeling - I had to open every drawer to find fork or plates

Bed mattress a little soft. Bar/Café could be open a little later at weekends. Kitchen a little small- no oven . Check in a bit confusing. Was encouraged to check in in advance but still had to do it all over again when I got there.

Good sized room. Clean and relatively quiet . Double-glazed windows so good noise reduction when windows are closed. great view from the 8th floor. Very central location. Great little café bar- good to hang out in. Happy hour every night. Cheap breakfast (coffee & pastry only 5 euros) Staff really helpful and friendly. English spoken. Great facilities and atmosphere overall.

Can't say much, but some lookers in my room were broken.

The closest to the bus station that I could be, also next to the main shopping street. Check-in and check-out almost automatic and the facilities are nice. Bathroom inside every room.

Within the staying room, the facility for placement of our baggage could have been better. More spaces or semi-private areas for individual beds would help the person better sort out and manage the luggage and boxes. Also, in the bunker bed system, those who get the top beds do not have mobile / laptop charging points. They have to depend on the limited points which are mostly occupied by those staying in the lower beds.

Location is quite central and inside the sprawling city. Facilities especially the DoItYourself kitchen and dining is a great plus. Very apt for solo travelers, looking for cost effective stay options. All modes of transportation train, buses, trams, etc. are very near to this property. The staffs are professional and helpful. They also offer bike / cycle facility for those who want to go around the city for a minimal charge. There is also a free office space for working professionals. The property is neat.

easy and functional check-in and key system (and if you don’t get it, there’s always someone in the hostel bar or lobby to assist you out). super friendly staff, quiet room, amazing building and facilities, super clean, organized, comfy and coozy (I stayed in a cold damp autumn season and the heater was always properly working). fantastic common areas and kitchen, incredible location. my room was a 3 bed shared room and I loved the windown view and the ensuite bathroom, first class. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
