Maybe booking.com details need updating. No breakfast option offered, no breakfast in room offered. No cookies or chocolate in room. Check out 10.30 not 11. We didn't see anyone on first day for any tips/advice. The step into wardrobe and light switch inside wardrobe (bathroom) isn't ideal during the night.

Great location - easy walk to the center. The duvet and pillow was super squishy and perfect! Easy check in details- self service. Free parking not too far away.

The bed too low, but not critical. The lack of nearby parking. 700 meters walk at the end of the day could be chalenging.

Very friendly hosts with loads of information and smiles. Offered assisstance even after we left. Room was clean and comfortable and the whole experience offered a glimpse of local life.

It was our first experience of booking a room in a private house. It exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, and details were meticulously thought out. The smell was lovely in the room. It is located not far from the city centre. There was a free car park in a 10-minute walk. Definitely recommend!

Such a warm and friendly welcome from Leen. The b&b was just perfect. We would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble and Leen's enthusiasm for her city was amazing. The recommendations she gave us were excellent and the map she did for us was very helpful and informative.

What's not to like?

It's a great place to stay. I feel right at home there. I stayed there before and will again. :) The room is cozy and quiet. Breakfast is good. (I also bring my own stuff due to my food intolerances.) Great coffee.

Everything about my experience at B&B Emma was fantastic! Leen is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the accommodations are very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Leen also had wonderful recommendations for spots in the city to explore that I might not have otherwise found; the location, warmth of the B&B and host tips really make for a "true" Bruges experience!

There was nothing that I disliked about the property! I will say that it is a 20minute walk to the centre, however the walk is so lovely and peaceful that I didn’t mind!

I loved everything about the property! The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. Leen was so welcoming, and provided so many thoughtful touches that made the few days stay even better. Thank you so much for hosting me! I will definitely be returning in the future ☺️

We had a lovely stay at B&B Emma. We only stayed one night in the family room (2 Adults and 1 Child (13yrs)) but we would have loved to have stayed longer. Leen was a wonderful hostess and couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant and memorable. We were able to park outside the property to unload (our many!) bags which was really convenient. Free parking is available a pleasant 7 minute walk away. Walking into the centre of Bruges is a flat and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was prepared with all local ingredients which was a very nice touch. Thanks for making the last night of our holiday a happy and pleasant one. If we visit Bruges again we would definitely stay here.
