The area near the train station you got to hotel from the airport felt alittle unsafe

Everything was outstanding, the hotel restaurants the staff the facilities the decor. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Lovely attentive staff, gorgeous interior- bar, rooftop and the bedroom was extremely comfy with an art deco feel! We both spoke about how we wanted that size and comfort bed at home it was perfect! As we came for my boyfriends birthday I had pre- asked if any accommodations could be made for baloons or cake in the bedroom for the Friday. Although the Hoxton weren’t able to accommodate this they did make a lovely card for his birthday awaiting him for when we arrived with complimentary drinks voucher and a complimentary bedroom upgrade. These little touches really were so thoughtful and we were so appreciative! Thank you so much. The hotel was actually so close to several different areas either by walking, taxi or scooter (our favourite mode of transport). Great staff, fab rooms. I didn't try the food menu so can't comment on that, but really nice rooms and importantly very quiet. No corridor or door slamming noise! Looking forward to returning again

The staff were very friendly and even gave us a room upgrade! The room was spacious and had great views of the city, over the botanical gardens. The hotel has a great rooftop bar, restaurant, coffee/pastry bar, and co-working spaces. It meets all your needs for a work or leisure trip. It was a 20min walk or short tram ride into the centre city. Loved the decor, very fun.

The only thing that marks it down slightly would be the location but I’d still recommend it to everyone!

Staff were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. Lobby and adjoining establishments(Cantina Valentina and cafe) were delicious and inviting. Room was beautiful (we loved the radio and the high windows) Hotel decoration was great. Sophie at the front desk was wonderful.

I can’t really think of anything although maybe real coffee bags (like The Hoxton Amsterdam) would match the quality of the room rather better.

The Hoxton Brussels is truly exceptional. Already impressed by The Hoxton Amsterdam, this relatively new British chain is converting existing buildings into centres of hospitality excellence. Staff members, like Amelie at Reception, were attentive and fun. The room was immaculate, the bed beyond comfortable, the bathroom a delight and the furnishings throughout conveyed a modern classic charm. Both the rooftop bar and the ground floor restaurant offered delicious food and the lobby cafe superb coffees and tempting pastries. Located next to the enchanting Botanical Garden and within easy walking distance of the Brussels North railway station, this is a hotel not to miss when visiting this beautiful city.

One little thing if I need to say something , is the room with the bath is tiny. It’s not worth it , for the same price we should have taken the one with the sofa . It’s has more storage for our clothes as well

Both restaurants were delicious , the recommendations on their website for the breakfast cafe and the museum were 10/10. Staff was so helpful bringing us everything we needed for our baby, the cot , some toys , a mini bath, they even had nappies ! So helpful and caring

The surrounding area was a little bit strange, but other than this, there wasn't really anything I disliked.

My friends were staying at the hotel, and they all had rooms on a specific floor; when I asked the staff if they could accommodate me on the same floor, they not only did so but even gave me a free upgrade to a suite! It's rare these days to have such good customer service. I had a beautiful room, a lovely lunch at their restaurant, and was within walking distance of most of my professional meetings. I would definitely recommend it.

The breakfest served in a buffet style would be better.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Sara was really helpful. The acomodation was clean with nice view. The restaurant on the roof was perfect. The way how the hotel was renovated is interesting. A small part of the original concrete scelet of the building was left visible in the room, and that detail created a good atmosphere in the room.
