The surrounding area was a little bit strange, but other than this, there wasn't really anything I disliked.

My friends were staying at the hotel, and they all had rooms on a specific floor; when I asked the staff if they could accommodate me on the same floor, they not only did so but even gave me a free upgrade to a suite! It's rare these days to have such good customer service. I had a beautiful room, a lovely lunch at their restaurant, and was within walking distance of most of my professional meetings. I would definitely recommend it.

The breakfest served in a buffet style would be better.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Sara was really helpful. The acomodation was clean with nice view. The restaurant on the roof was perfect. The way how the hotel was renovated is interesting. A small part of the original concrete scelet of the building was left visible in the room, and that detail created a good atmosphere in the room.

Bearded restaurant manager a little abrupt, drilling outside the room at 8am but what’s app was a great method of communication.

Everything was wonderful, decor, reception staff, food and cocktails.

The location was nice if you wanted to be near the train station to move around by train, but the neighborhood was a little spooky.

Bit of dust under the bed, but that’s to be expected. This isn’t a comment on the property -at all- but one thing we didn’t expect was the area around the north station is; essentially a red light district with lots of lingering guys. It was fine to walk through but just a heads up if you come home late at night and walk home from Brussels Noord station to the hotel. (it’s like a few minutes, so not too bad)

The property is really chic and has a ton of amenities. We were really comfortable during our stay. The hotel has some incredible details - everything from the furnishing in the room to the little branded touches. Really big shout out to the staff who made it a wonderful stay, everybody is super friendly and very helpful - we never went without anything and everybody is really approachable. Thank you to Sara on our first day got us set up. We were able to store luggage which was really helpful. Thank you so much to the Hoxton team. Tacos on the top floor are incredible. We also had oysters on the last night - happy hour is a good idea. The hotel is situated by two metros and one main train station, making the Hoxton a fantastic hub if you want to travel to other cities.

There was literally nothing about this hotel we did not like.

The hotel itself is stunning, the decor is perfect modern with a sense of vintage. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming and the room was perfect! The room was clean and again beautifully decorated, the bed was clean with white bed linen and the curtains perfectly blacked out the room to avoid any light disruption. The bathroom - stunning the beautifully decorated and clean, the shower was heaven. The bar on the roof (Tope) was fabulous for a cocktail at the end of the night before bed with fabulous views. It felt super comfortable and luxurious. A very special shoutout to the receptionist (Cynthia) she was super helpful and welcoming from the very first moment we stepped in, she gave us great tips and information to allow us to see a very cool and different side of Brussels! with recommendations for exhibitions, flea markets and bars/restaurant recommendations that elevated our experience, she was exactly what hotels want at the front of house!

Everything was perfect.

We had the best weekend in Brussels! We absolutely adored the hotel. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, providing us with excellent tips for exploring the city and recommending nearby restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the view was breathtaking! We also enjoyed a delicious brunch at the hotel restaurant. We're already looking forward to coming back!
