The remote for TV was missing. The doors to shower and toilet were off their runner's and then jammed. My husband had to try and un jam them to get me out. The shower door leaked. Someone relating to this property sent phishing messages asking for check in and credit card details.checkout and credit card details and cash to be left in the room for already paid city tax .

The bed and pillows were comfy Nice idea to add plates and cutlery. The book exchange was a nice touch.

Staff are intentionally invisible. TV was far too complicated for me to operate, but I did not need it.

The location is exceptionally good, and well supplied with cafes for breakfast etc. Also a good ice cream shop is at the end of the road.

The hotel felt cheaply made the finishing and touches seemed like they were rushed. The walls were thin wich made it very noisy when the hotel was full. Also the channels on the tv didn’t work and on Netflix you needed to sign in on your own account. The shower was placed in a weird spot and the wooden in front of the shower door was broken easily.

It was a great location, it was very central because you could walk to all the popular spots in Ghent from here. The beds were really nice and really big. Nice big pillows and an air conditioner in the room was a nice touch! Clean room as well.

I would suggest offering the guests a pair of slippers among all. The bed covers had a few stains on them and the room was not properly cleaned. The hosts said we could leave our bags there anytime before the check-in but didn't leave intrusctions on how to do it and the code didn't work until 3pm.

Great location, near the city center. The room, even thought it was small, it had almost every essentials. Easy check-in and check-out, privately, great communication with the hosts. The bed was comfortable and the covers were big and fluffy enough for two people.

The toilet is separated from the room only by a thin woden door on wheels, no phonic isolation. The sink is in the room, not in the bathrooms (shower is separated from toilet).

The sheets were not cleaned. We found dirt stains on them. Only one towel for 2 persons per room and also the towel was dirty. Hard to take a shower with that space and also the floor was sticky.

Minor inconveniences: my room did not have hooks to hang towels or clothes. Furthermore, the door chain was broken.

The room was cute, very clean, and quite big. The position of the hotel was very good as well: just next to the oldest part of the city center. I particularly appreciated the automatic check-in and check-out and the fact that no key was needed to access the hotel or the room (code-based access to the room).

At the same day we arrived, I received a message that I need to pay unless they will cancel my reservation. The strange thing that I was already paid the whole amount one month ago! We couldn’t enter the facility and coulnd’t reach any one else for a while. After 1 hour they only send me a message that it was a fake message which was un reliable! They were going to ruine my vacation.

The location of the bath in the closet is rather unusual. If the placement of two may not be very convenient.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. Sheets and towels were fresh but the room vas not vacuumed at all.

This accommodation is located right next to the city center but in spite of that it was quiet and calm. We were able to enter the building and our room with provided passwords with no problem. The room was small but for a short stay it was more than efficient.
