Everything about the space was fantastic. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. The view over the small park behind the building was lovely. There is a intersection of two tram stops one block away which made access to the rest of the city very easy.

First of all it was very clean. Ac worked perfectly and it was quite warm. Laundry room is equipped with 2 professional laundry machines and two professional dryers, detergent and fabric softener were provided free of charge. Tablets for the dishwasher were also provided. We had more than enough coffee pods. Every shampoo, shower gel bottle was filled to the top. We had so many towels on our disposal that we couldn’t find the use for all of them. The view from the apartment is very nice. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. There are two tram stops that can connect you with all mayor landmarks in the city. I noticed a private parking that is a part of hotel’s yard as well.

Slight criticism, and that might be based on my specific needs, is that the pillows could have been softer (or one very soft back-up pillow could be provided in the cupboard). There was also a little bit of road noise, given the bedrooms faced a road with traffic.

Overall a smooth check-in process and the apartment was equipped to a high standard. Wifi worked well, the flat was clean, light and spacious.

Amazing apartment, feels like you are at home. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV with channels from around the world. two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Spectacular view from the balcony. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bus and tram stops near by.

The appartment is comfortable, pleasant and cosy. The area is also very nice. Arrival and departure have been extremely easy. Communication with the owner (or the person managing the location) deserves also an excellent note.

The apartment is very well equipped and offers more than enough space for four persons. Every contact with the host was extremely friendly; when we had a little problem with the bed sheets, it was solved immediately. And we liked the area, where the apartment is located. We will come back again.

Beautiful apartment, quiet street, close proximity to many things. The apartment is huge, and the layout was ideal for us. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. The customer service was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the updated electronics were greatly appreciated.

- Price, in general expensive but this is Brussels :) - Some minor flaws like spots of mould in one shower and toilet door not closing (probably spill of water caused it to swollen)
