The property was very comfortable and spacious, with all needed facilities and a splendid garden view. The hosts were very friendly, leaving for us very detailed information about the house and a bottle of good French wine. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back again.

United KingdomWhen coming into the front door, there was a bad smell, drains ??? But this didn't affect the studio at all. It was just an observation.
Our stay exceeded our expectations. The studio was clean and provided us with the most comfortable and relaxed stay. A beautiful outdoor space offered a quiet and private place to enjoy some fresh air. It felt like being home away from home. Thank you Jackie and Luc for the complimentary bottle of wine. Your home deserves a 10 out of 10 !

We had an amazing stay at the White Door! The neighbourhood was quiet and safe to park in and lovely to walk around. Supermarkets are within suitable walking distance and we took advantage of the location to walk to the train station and visit Brussels and Gent. Rooms were spotless, both beds were very comfy, in the bathroom we had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, clean towels,etc. The apartment was decorated beautifully with fantastic paintings, just a charming place. We also took advantage of the lovely, peaceful and well-maintained terrace which was a nice place to sit and enjoy the welcoming bottle of wine that we found on our arrival. The check-in instructions were very clear and very nicely presented as booklets in three different languages. The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Belgium. Thank you, Jackie and Luc!

NetherlandsCouldn't get the induction hob to work without some remote help from the host. How the hob works should be in the manual. The child lock is automatically engaged if the hob is powered off for a period of time. There was no supermarket close by.
A spacious and very well appointed one bedroom apartment. Very high standard of fittings. A comprehensive manual on most of the appliances and how things worked. Very quiet and lovely private garden to use.

GermanyThis is the best thing that has happened to us in a long time on booking. The owners are very friendly, the apartments are very comfortable, there is everything you need for living. Clean and very cozy. Super comfortable mattresses, clean bedding, there are extra blankets and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available in the bathroom. A quiet street, there are external blinds and a beautiful terrace. What was important for me was silence and decaffeinated coffee, because I forgot to bring mine from home. Sincere recommendation of these apartments!

United KingdomWe haven’t given the property a 9 for a couple of reasons. The fridge appeared not to have been cleaned out properly. The toilet could have also been cleaned more thoroughly. The toilet brush had broken off it’s stand and had certainly seen better days. The main shower head could do with a good descale so that the water runs well. However the hand held shower was brilliant.
The hosts were extremely helpful and were easy to contact. The house was easy to find and was in a lovely quiet location even though the property faced directly onto the street. The door codes were a great idea as it meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying keys. The apartment was comfortable and warm and had all the necessary facilities. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

United KingdomWe had really good communication with the owner before and during our stay. As we arrived late with our children, checking in was no problem and we were pleasantly surprised by the flat. Parking was easy further up or down the road. Instructions were clear and we got it pretty warm and cozy during those freezing nights. Big thank you for the sofa bed which was ready made for our children to go to sleep the first night. The wine was also nice touch. We chose this flat for the location as we wanted to see Mechelen, Antwerp and Dinant then stop on our way back to UK in Gent and Brugge. All around a pleasant experience.

A very good idea was a manual for users of all equipment. Very suitable accommodation for the summer months, when it is possible to use the garden and terrace for outdoor dining.

The place is calm and near to beautiful spots for walking in the nature. We enjoyed the terrace and the garden. In this Covid times is a luxury to eat outside, enjoy the sun and relax without worrying about the mask. Communication with the owners was perfect and they even left a nice wine bottle to welcoming us.
