The room is not very special and old stone tiled look. Breakfast in the castle is average. Old looks inside restaurant.

Nice castle from outside , classic rooms are in a separate buildings on the other side of the parking lot .

Our heating and cooling unit went out. The staff figured out a work around, however it went out again a couple hours later. There is not a 24 hour staff, and going anywhere is by taxi if you don't have your own car. It costs $25 or more euro to go the shortest distance.

Breakfast is definitely a European breakfast. They were well stocked, breads cheeses, yogurt etc. The property is pretty. However, there is nothing else around it. No other restaurants or stores of any kind. This is a spa facility only..

The problem was that the clients of the SPA were very loud. Maybe we were just unlucky, but it seems that the vibe of the SPA was more a “Spring Break for 40+”. The hotel was like that as well. A group of friends was like drinking and chatting loudly on their balcony until 2.00 in the morning. At 8.30AM another guest decided to put some techno music in their room. It wasn’t the vibe we expected. We hoped to be in a quiet SPA hotel to rest.

That’s a great SPA hotel. It’s comfy and clean and just next to the SPA facility. Great value for money.

The food and drinks at the restaurant were subpar. Cheap Cava and wine. Terrible fries.

Very charming old castle look. Rooms across the street are very large with large bathroom accessible for wheelchair users. Water and coffee in the room available. Great choice for Breakfast.

The staff attitude was poor. I felt racism in service delivery and did not feel comfortable whenever I was being attended to by staff. Management needs to sort that out. As an African, I didn't feel welcome at all.

The rooms are clean, well furnished and designed. The neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil. Ideal for evening walks. The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of foods. The hotel is beautifully designed.

Please invest in bigger towels for the bathroom! And the dinner options are quite limited and expensive.

I liked our room although the bathroom was a bit tired and they really could do with bigger towels. It's a spa hotel, so you would think big fluffy towels a must have! It was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good although they have cut down the buffet options since our last visit, so not as much choice as before. Nobody offered us eggs although they are included. Dinner was good.

Nothing could have been better. The reception is a short walk from the room I had which is not ideal in the rain. Perhaps a canope along the walkway could be installed or bring an umbrella. The gravel walk way is annoying if you have a 20kg bag with wheels.

Next to the 682 and 681 bus stop which goes directly to the airport and cost €2.50 and you can pay by visa. I was able to arrange my checkout at an early time of 6:30 because of my flight. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

You should have taken my credit card details at the start of my stay in the hotel so that all my meals and therme use can be charged to this card. What actually happened was on the night before I left the hotel I had to go back to my room just to bring back my credit card so that you could charge it.

Saunas are excellent. Staff are helpful and most speak good English. Restaurant food is good. Facilitate clean.

The room was a underwhelming, perhaps time for a little refurbishment, it just seemed old. The pillow were worn and old. I was expecting more luxury for the price of the most expensive room. We were woken up in the middle of the night from guests from outside who banged on the (old wooden) door below were we slept, this was not appreciated.

The restaurant, spa and treatments were fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Setting was also great.
