Just the separation of the more basic rooms across the street from the main facility necessitated a little walk - unfortunately it rained. Minor really. Could have been better prepared.

I selected the hotel because it was reasonably priced near the airport for a flight, but the hotel and spa facilities were terrific. A beautiful location. The afternoon-evening spa package was a great deal for 50 Euro - steam, tubs, saunas, etc. Restaurant had a wide selection of excellent food and allowed you to dine in your bathrobe. A generous breakfast was included. Staff was very helpful.

Location isn’t really near anything, you would need to drive. Not much at the spa wouldn’t be worth paying the full price. The large pool advertised is for the nude section which it doesn’t tell you online so you actually get a much smaller pool if you prefer to cover up! The dining room is very nice but a bit dark and stuffy we chose not to have lunch in there as far too busy. No bar area to sit at and relax.

Noisy on the morning when cleaning ladies make rooms. And also when people get in and out with suitcases. You can hear all that noise. So if you stay longer than one day and want to sleep a little bit longer, no way.

Our heating and cooling unit went out. The staff figured out a work around, however it went out again a couple hours later. There is not a 24 hour staff, and going anywhere is by taxi if you don't have your own car. It costs $25 or more euro to go the shortest distance.

Breakfast is definitely a European breakfast. They were well stocked, breads cheeses, yogurt etc. The property is pretty. However, there is nothing else around it. No other restaurants or stores of any kind. This is a spa facility only..

The problem was that the clients of the SPA were very loud. Maybe we were just unlucky, but it seems that the vibe of the SPA was more a “Spring Break for 40+”. The hotel was like that as well. A group of friends was like drinking and chatting loudly on their balcony until 2.00 in the morning. At 8.30AM another guest decided to put some techno music in their room. It wasn’t the vibe we expected. We hoped to be in a quiet SPA hotel to rest.

That’s a great SPA hotel. It’s comfy and clean and just next to the SPA facility. Great value for money.

Very charming old castle look. Rooms across the street are very large with large bathroom accessible for wheelchair users. Water and coffee in the room available. Great choice for Breakfast.

The staff attitude was poor. I felt racism in service delivery and did not feel comfortable whenever I was being attended to by staff. Management needs to sort that out. As an African, I didn't feel welcome at all.

The rooms are clean, well furnished and designed. The neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil. Ideal for evening walks. The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of foods. The hotel is beautifully designed.
