We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA few niggles undid the relaxing spa... 1. Hotel staff were delighted to welcome me - not! 2. The rooms are in a different building across the street from the castle 😞 3. The spa is extra 💰 - although half price after 5pm 4. Slippers and towel are an additional cost lol lol 5. Room is right beside an active runway ✈️ 6. The airport is active 24/7! No exaggeration. 7. Aircon is ‘locked’ off after 2am… temperature building… 8. With the window open, and the cargo 757s taking off all night - sleep a bonus 9. After nodding off finally, house staff knocking on door 2 hours before checkout 10. You need a ticket to exit the car park - but you are left to find that out the hard way
I don’t normally write reviews but I feel an urge to… the spa is absolutely excellent. One of the best I’ve visited. I recommend. The hotel rooms are wonderful - well appointed and of good quality. The buildings are lovely. Generous coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Super fast Wi-Fi.

GermanyCertain things about the Therme are dangerous. There had been an injury when we first arrived and my daughter fell down steps while there. Not sure who thought cement steps mixed with water was a great idea.
Room size was good and comfy beds. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking. Pools were perfect temp and interesting pools. Restaurant was good. Not a big selection but still good. Check out was easy. Location was ok. Really close to the airport.
