Coffee at breakfast it could be more varied. Last December we were there and we could have coffee according to our tastes like cappuccino, mocha coffee etc. This year we were told it is not included.

The hot outdoor pool was actually quite cold and there was no one in it throughout our stay. It was one of the main reasons to book our stay there so this was quite disappointing.

In general all was nice, not exceptionally clean though.

Average quality bedroom and mattress. Lack of bathroom rug. The noise of the airport in the spa facilities is a bit unpleasant.

Really good spa facilities in a nice and cozy castle. Good and friendly staff in general. Breakfast included. Good selection of saunas. Good quality-price hotel and spa.

A few niggles undid the relaxing spa... 1. Hotel staff were delighted to welcome me - not! 2. The rooms are in a different building across the street from the castle 😞 3. The spa is extra 💰 - although half price after 5pm 4. Slippers and towel are an additional cost lol lol 5. Room is right beside an active runway ✈️ 6. The airport is active 24/7! No exaggeration. 7. Aircon is ‘locked’ off after 2am… temperature building… 8. With the window open, and the cargo 757s taking off all night - sleep a bonus 9. After nodding off finally, house staff knocking on door 2 hours before checkout 10. You need a ticket to exit the car park - but you are left to find that out the hard way

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel an urge to… the spa is absolutely excellent. One of the best I’ve visited. I recommend. The hotel rooms are wonderful - well appointed and of good quality. The buildings are lovely. Generous coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Super fast Wi-Fi.

They used to have a range of drinks in the room, now just water, it was a nice touch, sadly now gone.

1. Parking has a closer option but is not open every day for guests with car 2. If you are a guest it is expected/customed that the spa robe, towel, and slippers are free 3. when the gust pays for his/her stay an invoice is given at the same time(and not after a week after check out) 4. after all this it is a great place to stay staff is excellent and facilities are excellent

Certain things about the Therme are dangerous. There had been an injury when we first arrived and my daughter fell down steps while there. Not sure who thought cement steps mixed with water was a great idea.

Room size was good and comfy beds. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking. Pools were perfect temp and interesting pools. Restaurant was good. Not a big selection but still good. Check out was easy. Location was ok. Really close to the airport.

strange room location across the street. took us 15min to sort out the location then the key did not work. the staff was responsive. but it was a good 45min from check in to settle into our room.

There were no noise from cars! The planes you could hear in the morning, but no problem with ear plugs and I am a person that us very sensible to noise. Belgium people were very helpful and friendly frombthe airport to the hotel. Lovely place ❤
